You have to visit this wonderful cozy and warm donut shop in the energy corridor. They greet their customers by name and have used family recipes since 1984. It was hopping on a 1st visit on a Sunday and I can easily see why. Warm greetings as entered and a great selection of my fave bluberry donuts. Yes. It was delish. They even have their famous maple bacon donut and Xmas donuts. Definitely worth a return visit!!

Out on this side of town, I was intrigued by their sign that said "family recipe since 1984". And I popped in to sample and I'm glad I did, as luck would have it, I chose the right thing.. a filled bun called Asian Bing with sausage, cheese, Sriracha , chilies, and their own house sauce. It had spice, it had bite, it was delicious and I'm already dreaming about having another one..

We were looking for a place for donuts and ice coffee. We found this place online and it was on our way. The shop was small but cozy. When we walked in, they greeted us warmly. Unfortunately, the place didn't have ice coffee except for bottled Starbucks. So we got one of those and a couple of donuts. I wasn't going to get one but I saw bacon maple donut and I had to get one. It was ok. The texture was not what I expected. The bacon added some saltiness that balanced the super sweet maple glaze. The donut itself was mushy and not quite yeast or cake. I wanted to like it but it really wasn't my favorite.

I love supporting small businesses! Gave this place a try since I saw it was on the way to work. From the moment I walked in, I can tell that this donut shop is well-loved by the community. The walls are filled with drawings of love for Mrs. Donuts, and framed pictures of local teams they've supported. The donuts looked absolutely delicious. I ordered 4 mixed dozen of donuts and an egg, potato cheese and sausage taco. The taco was perfectly seasoned. One of the best breakfast tacos I've had in a while. The shop owner threw in some donuts holes, too. A donut shop that just keeps giving!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Their donuts are amazing and the service was quick and friendly. Nice ambiance your typical donut shop. however steer clear of the premade breakfast tacos. Come here for donuts they are yummy but go somewhere else for the tacos!

Been in this area almost 15 years and made my first visit here this past weekend. At 9am on a Saturday, there was a line building. When I left, they were lined up outside the door. Service here was awesome, and as more stuff was bought....they kept reloading with reinforcements. I got the glazed donuts, a maple bacon, and a boudin kolache. The donuts seemed smaller compared to others I've had. The boudin kolache won't have the length and girth as other places may serve. But what lacks in size, makes up in flavor. The boudin was spicy and delicious. The pastry itself, you can tell they don't mess around when it comes to their products. It was all good. The glazed donuts weren't bad. The maple bacon was awesome. The glaze itself along with the cake donut. It was like eating a good piece, and we all love to eat some cake! All in all, I can see why this place has been in this area this long.

I visited this place over the weekend and I wasn't too impressed. The customer service was okay. I had to go home and spice up my taco. I ordered a variety of different things to try (donuts/tacos/biscuit sandwiches/kolache sandwiches.

I am pretty sure this is not my hair on this croissant that I just took out of a bag! This was my first time here and most likely my last. Please wear hair nets that cover your whole head when dealing with food. This is just disgusting. Hair is on the egg portion.

I live close by, but I was never able to visit. I finally got a chance to visit and at 9 AM they were out of glazed donuts:( I ordered a jumbo twist, and it was delicious. Wish I would have been able to get a warm, glazed doughnut. The star of the show, however, was the Boudin kolache. I'm a Louisiana girl and Boudin is near and dear to my heart. The Boudin was very flavorful and really done well. The service was very easy as there was a line inside the store. The lobby area is not very large. There are a couple tables in case you want to sit inside. With the line inside, I don't suggest staying because it can be a bit crowded. A variety of drinks are available.

I also heard great things about the mango mochi so we couldn't leave without those. Thankfully they still had some in stock. I heard they sell out quickly especially on weekends. Those also lived up to its hype. SO YUMMY! Tastes so fresh including the mangoes. My kiddo who LOVES mango anything loved them so much! My husband also got 2 savory pastries (I forgot what they were called and I forgot to take a picture) and those were yummy too. Perfectly flakey crust just like the egg tarts. There's some seating inside if you want to eat there. Prices are very reasonable at $2 each for the mochi and egg tarts. The savory pastries were $3. It's located in a shared lot/area. Parking can be tight and limited on a busy weekend day but they have parking right out front for the Eck bakery customers. Also note that if you pay with card it's a 2.5% charge so cash is better if you have it. We didn't but we know now for future. We had a great experience here and will definitely be back.
