Consequently, I had to stand in line. Also, I chose to go to this facility because it's the main facility for Plano and I needed my package to depart the facility with the early collection parcels. I arrived at the Post Office in plenty of time to make the early collection time. My package, however, did not begin tracking until almost midnight, so it likely was not placed in their internal collection location until after the early collection time. Poor customer service.

Since I got married in Ca, I needed to make a sworn statement and have it notarized. Mr Parcel was great. I was able to get the document notarized and still had time to scan the document and get my marriage certificate order by the end of the day. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and very helpful. I was even welcomed to Texas and given a "Welcome to Texas" discount. I will be back for all of my notary and shipping needs.

Stay away! This is a scam! I went to Kelly (the supposed owner) and he did my fingerprints for…read moresubmission to the CA BON. I informed him that they had already rejected my fingerprints once before and he emphatically stated that no one has ever rejected him fingerprints, yet he still encouraged me to purchase the "forever fingerprints," which I declined, asking him why I would need them at $265 if his prints have never been declined. Well, the CA BON declined my prints saying they were of "insufficient quality." I called him immediately, and it just went to a fast busy three different times. I emailed him, and he responded a day later, asking me to email him the denial letter. I sent him all six pages the CA BON sent me, and didn't get a response from him until today (three days later) which stated that he has now retired to the Philippines and the new owner is in India until 8/10 (today is 6/23), and he'll be more than happy to obtain new prints FOR FREE at that time. That's 6 weeks away!! What a total scam!! I demanded my $65 back, but I'm sure my money is long gone, along with this scammer!!
