When my husband politely corrected her, she snapped in a condescending tone, saying, "I can read that." This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. But when I got home, I realized there was indeed a suite and I was able to call back up there and they added it for me. I never expected in a million years they would put me back on the phone with the person who helped me and they would adjust the mailing address for me. I was told that if it showed up after the due date and the payment had been processed over the phone the paper check would be returned. To this date April 6, 2026 it still has not shown up t Citi?
