Don't waste your time coming here for that stuff. Just go to the one on Stonebrook 2. The kiosk machine seems to rarely be in service and when it does work it will charge your credit card but not spit out the postage. Don't bother calling the postal service about a refund or anything else regarding the kiosk. Only the store personnel can assist you. Which leads to the 3rd item. 3. The store hours don't seem very reasonable. They aren't open the times I can get there this the reason to use the kiosk. The postal service owes me a refund of $14 for postage that never printed but since I can't get there during their hours I am out of luck. Even though the Stonebrook location is a long ways away, I have to go there for anything postal related. Maybe someday the government will hire someone that will change the attitude of the postal service by introducing an aspect of customer service!!!

Luckily VIC found it and listen to what he did- he found the package I had sent, looked up the address of where I sent my package from, GOOGLED it, called them- and had them relay the message to me that he had found my Drivers License. This same form had been notarized elsewhere before, and when we went to a UPS on Main Street afterward, they notarized it immediately without any issues. Having to deal with us customers all day long, some of which are quite unpleasant. My apartment is not easily accessible at all. Fedex has actually misdelivered an important package to a random hallway spot which was really annoying. The package was missing for days until I stumbled upon it while walking my dog. But my mail carrier Michelle always goes above and beyond to make sure that my package is received. Mistakes happen, but we under-appreciate these people. They're trying and they really do care just be patient. I've made mistakes myself as a mail carrier so I understand. But I love this place!
