Fits my needs perfectly! I have pretty good feelings for this place, despite reading the other reviews. They've fulfilled all of my needs from simple USPS/FedEx/UPS drop-offs to notary questions (they pretty much have a notary all the time, but you can always call ahead to check on the day of) to finding Priority Mail boxes that the USPS shops don't even have (shoe box sizes!!). After consistently coming here for half a year now, I would say I do agree that the customer service isn't always 100% and sometimes packages do get delayed. 2-Day Priority sometimes mean 5 day delivery :( but if you're in that emergency, go to a USPS/FedEx/UPS store instead and not an all-in-one. read more

Do not ho to this establishment when I first start going there 10 years ago service was great, now the owner is rude. no receipts and tracking for ebay. i was charged for 24 pounds on my package which it only weighed 10 pounds. since It was on a ebay label, did not find out until weeks later. i was charged 126.00. no refund read more

I dropped a FedEx package off this morning 5/3/2021 at this location and asked for a receipt and was told they could not give me one. As I walked out I had a gut feeling to go back in and retrieve my package and take someplace that I could get a receipt of drop off. It's 8:30 pm and I put the tracking into FedEx tracking and they still have not scanned my package! I'm really stressing after reading the reviews on google and Yelp! There are half a dozen or more recent reviews of people dropping off packages here and the packages coming up Missing!!! One guy left 3 packages and they all came up missing!!! I will check the tracking again in the morning and call store then update review! I hope I am stressing for nothing! read more

This place is so much easier than going to the post office and a lot closer to my house. They can ship USPS, UPS or FedEx. The people are always nice and friendly. It can get crowded pretty quickly during the holidays, of course, but in the middle of the day during the week it is usually not busy so you can get in and out. They also sell shipping supplies if you need anything while you are there. read more

I used this mailing facility on December 2 to ship a Christmas present to my sister in another city in Texas. For two weeks my package made circles around the metroplex coming back thru McKinney three time. As it tunes out the mail America person had coded the package to the McKinney zip code and not my sisters zip as the package address showed. When I tried to point this out to them they basically said it was not their fault. So it cost me another $25 to get the package intercepted and brought back to me. Then I will have to re-ship it. So a package that should have cost $11 for delivery will end up costing me $47+ and be late to boot. I could not believe they would not take responsibility for the error and pay for the extra charges. I will not use this facility again. There are other options in our area. I suggest you not use a facility that will not take responsibility for their own error. read more

When I was in store the associates were speaking very negatively about a customer walking in, refusing to assist him.... I later found out this was the store manager, Eliza, behaving in this very unprofessional (and unkind) manner. Then when I needed to claim damage for UPS package they were not at all helpful but in fact rude and refused to assist me, saying Id have to wait a few days.... They list the store as the return address and UPS will refund them, leaving the customer who paid, waiting on mail america for reimbursement and not a part of the process, very very frustrating. Every time I go into this store there are friendly helpful employees. I only come in every few months or so but I have always had great customer service and I am usually needing packaging as well as postage and they always wait patiently for me to figure out what I need and label everything. If I need to move out of the way until I am done they politely ask me to step aside to get the next person but then when I am ready take my parcels and do it with a smile. Even if I am just needing pricing or a single book of stamps they are there to help me. Anything you would pay over the normal USPS price is SO worth it! This place has been my "go-to" mail place for years and I hope they continue to have such great employees and exceptional customer service!!! read more

I recommend this facility 100%. I was in the store sending packages out when my baby started to act up. Since my baby is only 9 months I was obviously very frustrated. The store manager and an employee helped me with me with my baby so I could finish. Every time I go in there they are so helpful and courteous . I dropped three packages off here to be mailed because they were too large for my mail nox. They had prepaid postage on them. THe packages were too large for the mail slot so I put them on the table where the clerk said to put them. I asked for a receipt and was told they couldn't give me one because they were not the actual post office, just a drop off site. One of the packages, a priority mail shoe box, disappeared. The other two packages were delivered fine. I called Mail America, they said I had to call the post office. I called the post office and they said they never got the packge because it was never scanned in. The post office researched for a while and suggested I file a mail theft claim with the postal inspector which I did. Apparenly packages going missing from this location isn't all that rare. They lose your packages and provide no tracking number on your receipt. They give you two receipts and neither have tracking. When you call and speak with manager alex she says you should have asked for a tracking number. Excuse me what reputable company demands that a customer ask for tracking? I just walked in there to get help on changing my address and a girl kept on insisting I go online but going online for me has never worked. There has always been an error when going through the payment process with my billing zipcode. But it never has a problem processing with anything else. So I always have to go to the post office and finish it on the form. This girl really didn't care to listen to my problem and I went to that store because it was a lot closeR thEn the actual post office. But instead this girl rudely informed me to go to the post office and pretty much rushed me out of the store. No one in that store wanted to help me in any sort of nice way. They all wanted to be rude and not give any care in the world whatsoever, When I came in there very nicely and in a good mood and walked out of there in a bad mood. I've never been to that store once living in this area and won't be going back to that store ever again. But if I happen to then I'll just give the same attitude back or worse since they want to have that kind of customer service. And I've been in customer service for five years or so. So I hope they have fun with me if I do happen to come back in again unless they actually decide to care next time which I highly doubt. This used to be my go to shipping place, I will now never go in there again. I have always found the younger girls who work there to not be the friendliest, but today was ridiculous. An elderly lady was ahead of me in line and simply made comment on how she didn't remember priority shipping costing that much and that the price must have gone up. The girl helping her rudely kept telling her that she was wrong and if anything the price has gone down. The lady then asked if there was any chance of her package getting there by Saturday, to which the employee responded "it won't go out today so no" since it was after the USPS pick up time. The employee told her to go elsewhere if she didn't like this and said that the post office was up the street. The elderly lady then had some confusion over the fact that they are contracted with the USPS, not an actual post office. Once again the employee was not friendly in her comebacks. The worst part of all of this happened after the lady left the store. With myself and another customer in the store the three employees proceeded to talk about the elderly lady in not a very nice manner, laughing at her and say what they "wish" they could have said to her... I've had a chance to use this location on numerous occasions, over the years this location has been here, and ALWAYS find the people here very friendly and helpful!! I have never had a problem here! Elisa has alway been very professional, helpful and very accommodating!! Felt the need to post because of the previous review and felt it incredibly undeserving! Obviously made by someone completely ignorant of how mail center companies refund and blame those innocent people who work at these locations and who have no control over the process!! As a manager myself I am very critical of customer service and take offense at people who bash good hard workers who always take good care of me! Sound like some who might be scamming and was needing the money! I' m sure the good folks at this location did everything possible to help this person but they were probably one of those bitter ugly people who you just can't make happy! That T.
