Ample has two in my neighborhood, but this one is closest. It is climate controlled with elevators. Really nice new facility. The only reason that I gave them four stars is because the doors have to be open manually and are too small to get the carts through. The facility is access through a passcode and you have to enter that again when you go into your building where your unit is. I really wish that it was a pass card or that the doors open automatically once you put your code in.

Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. There's plenty of parking & they have both climate controlled and outdoor units. I have an indoor unit. The elevator is spacious and there are plenty of rolling carts available downstairs to move your items. There is a ladybug issue here. By "issue" I mean that there are lots of dead ones all over the floor & I have no clue how they got in the building. The staff member who showed me the unit told me about them, but I didn't think the issue couldn't be resolved. They are attracted to the lights so they hang out there. Maybe they get too hot and die from there. Who knows?? Just know you will see a lot of them when you come here. Regardless, I think this is a good storage facility, and I recommend them.

The restroom is NASTY, like feces smeared into the floor nasty, and never has any toilet paper in it. Peoples' junk is regularly thrown in the driveways. If you're more than a few days late to pay, they threaten to sell all your belongings. I suggest finding somewhere nicer and just paying whatever the upcharge is, because after a few months, that's what you'll be paying here anyways.

I acquired a unit here in October of last year to hold Christmas items for my family. After being…read morehomeless for 2 years and going through we were blessed to find a home and I wanted to have a special holiday for my family. Especially my niece who is 5. Everything I ordered, mostly toys, decorations, brand new tree, new bed for my niece, electronics, some household things went into storage. Brand new. The day after Thanksgiving my sister went to the unit to get the tree and decorations and it was empty. Everything was gone. No one could help. The camera didn't show my unit at all, so that was no help. I spoke with the district manager and regional director and nothing. The insurance they make you pay for denied my claim. Almost $4300.00 worth of brand new items, gone into thin air. I am currently looking for a good lawyer because that is way too much money to let slide and I truly believe someone who works there took my stuff. Do NOT patronize this location. If you can't go to another company go to another location.
