After discussing it with my fiancé, we decided to move forward and purchase the vehicle the next day. When we called back, we were told it had already been sold. I understand that vehicles can sell quickly, but it's extremely frustrating that a car can be sold after a deposit was already placed and while I was given time to make a decision. In fact, I was told, "We ask for a $500 deposit and it ensures that we won't sell the car out from under you." That clearly wasn't the case, and it doesn't feel like good business practice. They did offer me a different vehicle, but it was my least favorite color. I asked about other color options available but they said they were at their Plattsburgh location. They said I would have to travel there myself and complete a whole new application, basically starting from scratch. I completely wasted my time. I wouldn't recommend leaving a deposit here, there doesn't seem to be a point if the vehicle can still be sold to someone else.

This shop worked with the insurance company and although the damage was severe they safely and completely repaired the vehicle. This company clearly does not understand customer service, they already had my parts, the insurance money, everything ready to go. I've had other friends come here and also had very poor experience as well, let's just say, if you go here prepare to get swindled.

I received a call from the driver, Jake, within minutes. Truck was on scene within 30 minutes (we are in north country,) and my vehicle was out and driving within minutes. After our first tow company notified us an hour later they wouldn't be able to make it for 5-6 hours, Dylan showed up within an hour and got us to Mavis Tire in Queensbury. He got us there in time for them to swap out both tires and get us back on the road before they closed at 5 p.m. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of both businesses.
