I had grass that at looked like it was all weeds and Jon's Lawns took care of the grass with a solution I was never told before, and it looks just like a carpet (and I'm in 3/4 shade - 1/4 sun). Other grass companies would come by and within less than 1 minute (my office window looking out front) did what they had to, but Jon's Lawns takes their time. It's gorgeous.

Came out two days later, walked the property, and sent me a quote the same afternoon. We pulled the trigger. Great communications from Jon. Since it was a little late in the spring I wasn't expecting much but after the first treatment the amounts of weeds declined drastically. More grass has grown in and the lawn is looking much better as it was all weeds at the start of spring. They responded fast after contacting them and also followed up after the treatment if I had an questions or concerns. I have a few bare spots I want to get grass growing in so I'll look forward to that when the seed in the fall and see how it turns out in the spring.

I received an email stating the refund request was being investigated and a representative would be responding 'shortly'. No one ever responded. I called and was told I would be receiving a refund and it would take 6 weeks. Never received the refund. i contacted the company on 07/01 and 07/08 and could not find out why I had not received my refund. I asked to speak with a manager-was told they were all in a meeting but I would hear back either by phone call or email later that day. No one ever contacted me. I do not recommend using Blades of Green. They have no clue as to the definition of customer service.
