We choose our blanket color ahead of time through a quick and easy online ordering process and our three skeins arrived in the blink of an eye. She demonstrated each step first, then guided us through the process in real time, making sure no one felt left behind. She even restarted portions of the lesson a couple of times just to ensure everyone was on the same page, which was greatly appreciated. If they needed confirmation that this was "okay" with me to keep waiting, they should have explicitly stated that they needed a response. When I emailed them asking why they cancelled my order, and this was the reason, I was shocked. Now I have to wait 3 days for my money to be refunded so I could reorder the same product from them. So I asked why I should spend my money reordering from their store after they just screwed me over, and they literally told me to order from a different online store. This is not "customer service". This is highly unprofessional. And if they're willing to screw me over, someone who was trying to spend a big amount of money at their store, they'll screw your over, too. Don't trust them.

We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important.
