They specialize in something called "Third Wave Coffee" (I think I've got the terminology right) and are very passionate about the nuances of all things coffee. And they love to share their knowledge! It's actually neat, even for a non-connoisseur like me, to learn a bit... and, mostly, to see their authentic passion for the craft.
