Doris is Super Great and definitely over the top. Doris is a whirlwind of action and options. She knows her way around what I found to be a very fragmented health care industry where there are so many independent operators running home type care facilities in addition to the more familiar larger care facilities. My father was rushed to the hospital, stabilized, then referred to a rehab center. He suddenly needed full-time care and that's where it takes someone like Doris to help bring together the right board and care arrangements in conjunction with a medical team and program to cover his medical check ups and treatments. Doris knew our budget and provided some excellent options while staying within budget. Doris knew where and how to work the programs, she offered several options and made herself available at all hours. Doris facilitated all the introductions with all the parties, coordinated the transportation of my dad to his new home, delivery of all the medical bed and equipment to his new room, all covered by Medicare.
