Nobody likes going to the dentist, least of all me. I had put it off over a year before covid and then finally had to go. They were both kind and gentle. Each visit I sat in a chair which looked out a window where I could see the blue sky and a palm tree which I found quite relaxing. There was also a tv in the corner to distract me further. We've been going to this dentist for a few years primarily because of the fantastic service of the hygienists. Wendy is very nice, thorough, gentle, and professional. A perfect hygienist! On the other hand, we haven't seen Dr. Eisenband in our last two visits. We had x-rays done at our most recent visit, and the dentist was supposed to review the x-rays and conduct an examination. We waited for more than 1/2 hour for Dr. Eisenband to appear, and finally left without his examination. Totally unprofessional! Our time is valuable too. The hygienist apologized profusely but this does not excuse the dentist for not examining his patients in a timely manner. If you want a good dental cleaning, then Care Dental of Boynton Beach is the place to go. But if you want to see a dentist, then go somewhere else. Update to review: Dr. Eisenband called to apologize for not examining my husband or me. He explained that he had a situation with another patient that prevented him from leaving that patient. He realized that he should have let someone know so that we would not continue to wait for him. Based on this response, the heartfelt apology and the expected process change, I have increased the overall rating from 2-stars to 4-stars. read more

I was looking for a new dentist. The facility is immaculate and every single person working there is pleasant. I was surprised to see and feel such an engaged office. I went in for xrays and a long overdue cleaning and knew I had some other issues. The dr. took great care of me and went ahead and did 2 temporary crowns. I was very happy to get the process started and not have to go back several more times prior to any procedures. My family and I will definitely be back and have found a new dentist after having the same one for the past 30 years. And moving around so much, it's been difficult for me to find one I like. Well, I've found one in South Florida, and everything from the office to the front desk staff, to Dr. Stein, was top notch. I have been a patient for many years as has my husband. I have referred many friends and neighbors to Dr.. Eisenband. Unfortunately I will no longer . After making an appointment several weeks in advance for a basic cleaning, I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before leaving No one came out to address why I was kept waiting, I felt so annoyed being treated like that. I have waited before when Dr. Mike had taken in an emergency but , I feel it's unacceptable to wait half an hour for a hygienist . read more

I was hounded until I signed an agreement to do so and I regret it because i felt coerced to do something I did not agree with, and found it highly unprofessional for this business to take it upon themselves to have someone come to my PRIVATE RESIDENCE where I live to get me to retract a review. I called some friends for referrals, but their dentists couldn't see me until the next day. I called Care Dental and they took me right away. I was expecting the worst, but the pain was severe and I wanted to just get it over with. I was seen by a young dentist, Dannit Chen, and I was so completely impressed with her skill, her thoroughness, and efficiency, that I was shocked. The dental assistants are the best prepared I've ever seen, way more knowledgable than what I expected. And the entire staff is courteous and professional. Dr Eisenband is a super personable salesman.Found him on the interenet when i had an emergency. it appears that he built up his practice by seeing patients in the off hours. I feel that he is a decent dentist. Be prepared to spend a minimum of a half hour or more in the dental chair as he treats emergency patients. Always late. Not dependable My wife independent of me encountered the same issues. The front office polite however clueless. Wanted to bill be twice for for a cap that i already paid for. Other front office communication issues. Very modern clean pleasant high tech office. Expensive dental charges, but they sell it as a bargin. The two different dental hygienist i saw were subpar. I got a hand it to them I was calling up my dentist and several others to try and make emergency appointments they were the only one that had time for me. When most dental offices were trying to schedule appointments a week from the day I called this dentist office told me to come on in. We all try to avoid going to the dentist and we only call when the pain is so unbearable or it's an emergency. They have two facilities Close by one in Boynton one in Wellington I've been to both and if you can schedule it definitely go to Wellington because there's a big screen TV to watch in the room while you're waiting to get numb and it helps the time fly. My husband likes this place, but I had a pretty bad experience. Went in for a routine cleaning and was told I had a "little cavity" and recommend they do a filling before it got worse. I have pretty healthy teeth, I usually only need to visit the dentist for regular cleanings, so I was a little hesitant but agreed. Not a good idea. The "dentist" (not sure where she got her degree) was awful! She drilled, and drilled and drilled. While she was working on my tooth and I smelled something like burning flesh while she was drilling so I asked her what that was since I couldn't feel what she was doing - no real explanation was given. I had to go back 2 times because I was having problems with pain when chewing around the area of the filling, but they didn't find anything wrong. Now I have to go back because another tooth in that same area is causing pain - not sure if that was related or not. read more

I had a toothache at Friday afternoon about 4:00 andI am not a Florida resident I not familiar with any dentist I searched the internet and went a few places everyone was closed,I saw a billboard with the doctors name at a bus stop.i called and they said come right over. I was very impressed with the office and staff very cordial and professional. The doctor was excellent he diagnosed my problem right away and since I was leaving Florida in one day my dental work which requires extraction and repair to my bridge he suggested that I go back home as the work could take several days to finish . I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. One night while eating jujy fruit candies the cap on one of my teeth broke and fell off my tooth. I made an appointment with Dr Eisenband to get it replaced after one of my friends referred him to me. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes. I was then given a tour of the entire office, the place was extremely clean, beautiful, with what appeared to be all brand new equipment. Dr Eisenband and his entire staff were very nice and kept me informed about everything they were doing. I am going back in a week for a cleaning and for the permanent cap. I had been to a dentist in Delray who took black & white X-rays and told me to go home & try to live with the discomfort until my next regular visit which was 3 weeks away. I had gone to this guy because he was on my reduced fee plan. I found Dr Eisenband on Yelp. Read positive reviews. Noticed he worked with patients who do not have coverage on fees. Also, checked credentials on internet & ADA. Got in the next day. Took professional digital colored X-rays. Believed me about pain. Examined me carefully & immediately recommended me to an Endodontist around the corner for root canal who saw me the next day. He was not on my plan, but did take Care Credit (0% for 6 months).Dr Shapiro was a no nonsense , let's take care of this guy. He told me what to expect, pain wise, & even gave me his cell number. I did call that night & he called back in under an hour! The pain did subside with more Tylenol. I returned 2 weeks later to Dr Eisenband who did the crown. Terrible dentist. Would not listen to me when I repeatedly said I didn't like the way something was done on my crown work. He does not like criticism! Try telling him that you don't like something he has done..goodluck. I was left in the dentist chair from 9am until 7pm. I was not warned that it would be a whole day procedure without food or water. I was only checked on approximately every 2 hours. I had to get up myself to ask someone to help me get to the restroom. Today was my first visit, I just moved to Florida and I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted alright when I walked into office which looked really nice. Got into the dentist chair a short time later, a very nice young lady did the xrays which I did expect to take place, then the dentist came in, he introduced himself, I could not tell you his name, presented me with his plan for my teeth. I was taken back by his inability to spend some time with me & get to know me and what I require for my teeth and how I feel about what he was presenting. He asked me if I was ready to start the work on my mouth. I told him I sleep on all my decisions, the young lady came back to see what my decision was, told her I needed to see an alternative to what was proposed. She came back with another proposal. Told her I needed to think overnight about my decision. Another young lady came in, took my bib off and told me I was done. I never got my teeth cleaned! This to me was a factory I am looking for a dentist that will listen and have a bed side manner than I was afforded today. I am so sorry this is one that my dental insurance recommended.
