I had a crown put on less than a year ago and it popped out and I thought that they would cement it back in at no charge since it was such a short time but they charge me $81 to put it back in. I was really disappointed and also did not polish the tooth after grinding it down so it's rough and my tongue keeps going over there very disappointed. read more

I'm not gonna lie, I am a coward when it comes to dentists. But Dr Van and his staff were the nicest people and I had the best dental experience I ever had. Had to get an extraction due to a botched job from an emergency dental procedure in west palm beach (where I will NEVER go back to!), and he did the job so smooth and fast I didn't even know it was done! Yes would definitely recommend Dr Van to everyone! I have not had the best experience with dentists in the past. I have a ton of anxiety that I deal with humor even though I have had issues in the past I try not to bring that with me when trying to find a new dentist. I think that I have found my new forever home for my dental needs. From the time I set my appointment up until Dr Van fixed my broken crown the office was wonderful. I was so nervous going to the dentist, I hadn't been in 3 years. The dentist is also a soft spot for me because I'm super self conscious about my smile. I was referred to Paramount Dental Care/Boynton Plaza Dentistry, Dr. Jim Van after my kids' dentist retired and the new dentist increased the prices ten-fold. I have to say this office is immaculate and clean and quite beautiful. The staff is very friendly and courteous and greeted us with warm smiles. Doctor Van took lots of time explaining my daughter's xrays and the condition of her mouth, the xrays are easy to see and read on a huge screen right in the exam room. Dr. Van is very down to earth and easy to speak to, he has wonderful chair-side manners. The dental hygienist Cassie is amazing, she came in the waiting area to meet me and speak to me about my daughter's cleaning, again, very down to earth and a pleasure to speak with.
