She said she was unable to reverse it but could provide me a credit For future use. as I've been going there for several years I didn't think this was an issue and accepted that and received a credit card receipt for the $270 and she wrote on the top a credit for the difference. She took the $27 receipt that i was supposed to be charged and wrote what happened down and said she would take that to the owner. I went back multiple times since then using the credit slowly and still have $200 left. I went in today to drop off some more Clothes and the lady that was there said that I didn't have all of the appropriate evidence even Though I have the credit card receipt with their notations for credit and the transactions since then with the writing from the representative marking down the credit for the last two transactions. She goes on to ask me why i didn't keep the original marking that the European lady was supposed to give to owner and that what is have is not enough evidence. She was super ugly to me. Asked to speak to owner and am first told she doest speak English; now i am being told that she will call me back. I am leaving irate. I tried to be patient and understanding of the mistake and am now getting screwed. They have also ruined several items of clothings. As they are economical, i have overlooked this.
