The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

When I finally got someone, I asked if it was their pharmacy's practice to put callers on hold repeatedly without even talking to them. The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. With the closings of every Rite Aid in the area, I'm sure there are qualified candidates to hire.

They took and printed my photos despite them clearly not meeting U.S. passport requirements, showing a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. Because of their incompetence, my passport application was delayed, forcing me to resubmit photos and wait even longer to receive my passport. What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.

Extremely disorganized pharmacy. I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready, so I came in…read moreand waited in line. When I got to the counter, I was told that only one of the two prescriptions was ready and that the second would be ready in about 15 minutes. I asked if I could wait and if they would call my name over the intercom when it was ready, and the employee said yes. I waited over 30 minutes and never heard my name called. I eventually went back up and asked another associate, who checked the computer and confirmed that the prescription was ready. However, I was then told I had to get back in the line of more than 10 people because going directly to the counter would be considered cutting. I ended up wasting over an hour here because I came in with the impression that both of my prescriptions were ready. The communication and organization were extremely poor.

This has been one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had. The staff are consistently rude,…read moredismissive, and unprofessional. Almost every interaction feels uncomfortable because there is always an attitude, eye-rolling, or rude facial expressions when I ask simple questions or try to get help. As a customer, it honestly feels disrespectful and unnecessary. What upset me the most was seeing how my grandmother, who is in her 60s, was treated. She left crying after feeling yelled at by staff. No customer, especially an older person coming in for healthcare-related needs should leave feeling humiliated or afraid to ask questions. I understand pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but that does not excuse disrespectful behavior toward patients. I genuinely hope management or HR looks into how customers are being treated here because this has been an ongoing issue and the experience has been unacceptable.

I've felt myself aging as I stand repeatedly pressing the "assistance" button for 10 minutes without help arriving. I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer.
