Had the best experience today in the pharmacy drive they. Maria was the pharmacy tech that assisted me. Apparently both prescriptions given for my son by his pediatrician weren't covered because they were available OTC. We pulled up in Jammie's before 8am. Maria went out of her way to run out of the pharmacy and grab the meds for me. I paid in the drive they and was able to go home successfully! I gave this Walgreens pharmacy several chances, but my experience today was unacceptable. I came to the pharmacy after a procedure, expecting my prescriptions to be ready, but Instead, I was told they were not ready and had to wait. The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. The employees here are so rude and could care less about their customers. Ive placed multiple orders here for photo services. No problem getting my normal prints, but when it comes to photo books, they really hate making them. The first photo books I ordered was an anniversary book. As the headers I put the months, which started in June and ended in the following year: May. When I went got home from picking up my order, I noticed the months started from January-December. I called the store and let them know they printed it incorrectly, they got defensive and said I ordered it wrong so they fixed it for me but if I really wanted it in the order I placed it, they would have to make a new one. I had to explain again the order it was supposed to be in so they remade it. The second photo book I ordered was not ready on the date it was supposed to be, which was a gift for my boyfriend again. I called to ask about my order, and the employee said it was difficult to make so they haven't done it. He the proceeded to ask if I still wanted it or if I wanted to cancel? I stated I was dissapointed it was not ready on time because it was supposed to be a gift. After giving me attitude about my order and going back and forth with his manager, he stated it would be ready in an hour and hung up. I kept checking my account to see any updates, still not ready on my end. I call back the next day and spoke to the manager. He got upset with me and argued "We told you it would be ready yesterday" and it was my fault I didn't get it on time and how I don't understand their situation with the hectic back to school orders. I would have been super understanding about the situation, but every-time I interacted with these employees, they are so rude and are so quick to argue with you! I think Walgreens should fix their turn around dates for orders based on the stores. They shouldn't give you an automated ready date if employees have a ton of orders to get to because it's too stressful for them to handle. I don't plan to order photo books from this location anymore because of the employees attitude. I definitely recommend Walgreens Chino Hills photo service even tho it is a drive. read more

This is a really sad Walgreens! I went to pickup my photos and saw 2 associates leave the area. I asked can I please pick up my print order and the associate was rude saying you have to wait as he continued his conversation with his co-worker as they were going to the back room. I waited for 5 minutes and looked around with still no worker around. I asked the cashier in the front if someone else is going to come back from the photo area and she gave me a dumb look. I waited another 5 minutes and still no one came. I saw the pharmacy also had a line for about 8 people. This is possibly the worst Walgreens. I am never getting my prints here. Beware! Do not purchase any giftcards here as they have probably been tampered with. I learned my lesson and will never buy a giftcard here. I purchased a $50 Amazon giftcard to gift to a family member for their birthday. I checked the packaging to make sure it didn't look tampered with. The following day, my family member opened up the giftcard only to see that the numbers were smeared and tampered with. Upon contacting Amazon, they communicated that the giftcard had already been used and there was nothing they could do. I sent Walgreens my receipt, activation receipt, photos of the tampered giftcard...submitted a claim, waited a month...only to be told to kick rocks. Will no longer be shopping here. read more

Workers and the store are fine, but I mainly come here for the pharmacy. The staff is nice enough. My issue is the wait time to pick up prescriptions that are ready. My boyfriend goes to Walgreens in his city regularly, and I go here, so I have a frame of reference. He spends 2-15 minutes in the drive through. I am currently sitting here 40 minutes in with a line of cars that literally just shut off in front of me. I come here monthly, and this is not abnormal. The other location I was referring to is more busy and in a more densely populated area, so I just can't figure out why they are taking that long. Shouldn't be a reason to take 20 minimum a car. Name, bday, address, prescription, pharmacist consult (if even), pay. What is the hold up guys?This is getting old every month. Inside is not better. Tried that. You can be the only one there and they are... I don't know? I mean, they're not busy with the drive through. Maybe they don't have a system to run it smoothly and management sucks is my guess? I came in to pick up a canvas print and went to the counter, where I waited about five minutes before an employee approached. She asked for my last name, looked through the orders, and then said, "You don't know what you're picking up." I was taken aback by the comment because it felt unnecessary and dismissive. I clarified that I did, in fact, know what I ordered--considering I was the one who placed the order. I then mentioned it was a canvas print, and only then did she respond, "Ah, okay," followed by an explanation that many customers who pick up orders aren't the ones who placed them. While I understand that may happen, it's feedback that's better kept internal and not something to say to a customer. The way it was phrased made it seem like customers don't know what they're doing, which came across as unprofessional. Based on this interaction alone, I don't see myself picking up orders from this location again. read more

The worst experience! MD called in a RX to this pharmacy. My regular pharmacy not open. Arrived, Rx not ready. 1. Stood in the "wrong line" though window stated "drop off /Pick up." Scolded by Tech, " ahhh....stand behind the thing." The "thing" being a sign that states stand behind thiis line. 2. When my turn l, one person in front of me, I presented insurance card, told it was expired. This was my error. A. Inquired with tech, "should I research new card?" Replied "No, let me see if I can find you here." B. Please note same insurance for 5 years. Just used same card at Urgent Care 30 min earlier. 3. Was then told, "We are not contracted with your insurance, you will have to pay out of pocket." Please note, my review is based on the unprofessionalism and....ready, ready ....my walking outside to the smell of "WEED smoke" in the parking lot! Just NOT acceptable on ANY level. This is my second poor experience at Walgreens pharmacy. Would NOT recommend at all. Ralphs is MUCH more professional. Much more! PS. I had a colonoscopy last Friday and only received 1 gallon when I paid for the second gallon which they forgot to give it to me and I did not need it when I asked them to reimburse me the Pharmacy manager was rude and said they couldn't refund my money back and I had to pick it up. This review is specifically in regards to me experience at the pharmacy, specifically regarding the service I received from the pharmacy technician, Michelle, on Saturday, December 22nd at 9:50 PM. When it was my turn to pick up my prescription, Michelle was unable to locate my order despite the fact that I had called ahead and provided my details (DOB, name, and phone number), which the automated system successfully retrieved. Rather than assisting further, she turned her back to me, mentioned that they were inundated with orders, and made a passive-aggressive comment about me not having an account. I found it quite disappointing that she did not attempt to assist me further or look up my order through alternative means. Instead, she chose to help another customer, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. As someone who had orders for my entire family, including flu medication, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I believe that every customer deserves respectful and attentive service. This review is for the Photo center and the shorter, I believe bald, gentleman that assisted me about two weeks ago on a Monday afternoon. I want to say his name was Kevin but anyways, he was great at multi-tasking several tasks and clients, with a great attitude. He checked in on me as best he could while getting things done and he made sure to follow through. He was composed and clearly not new to this! He advised me to check for possible coupons on my large posters and thankfully he did because I saved a great deal of $$ because of him! 60% off BOGO large posters and although some of the final pictures did have a few blemishes or dust marks, I was overall very happy with how they came out. The worst pharmacy ever! NEVER GO HERE! When I called to check on my prescription, they kept saying it wasn't there. I spoke with three different people: Mara, Celina, and someone else whose name escapes me. They kept telling me that my prescription was not received. I called about 6 times before finally calling Dr. Casped, who told me it had been sent several times and even sent me a confirmation!!! Please let me know. More than that, his office called three times and informed me that the prescription was ready for pickup, so I called back and they continued to tell me that they never went through with it!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They do not care about you as a customer! AND RUDE!! I bet my medication was there, but they simply did not care. Finally, my doctor became fed up and sent it to CVS, and guess what? They got it. Immediately, the issue is not with my doctor, but with this pharmacy. Walgreens is a lifesaver! I was visiting Corona and realized I had forgotten my two maintenance drugs in northern California. I called and spoke to a young lady in the pharmacy who spoke to the pharmacist and they immediately agreed to provide me a few pills of each prescription to hold me over until I could travel home. I went into the store to pick up the prescription and was helped by two pleasant and helpful employees.
