I had a prescription transferred here because my usual pharmacy was out of stock. They had a partial fill, so I tried calling the following week to follow up. I was put on hold SEVEN TIMES before talking to an actual person --18minutes in all. When I finally got someone, I asked if it was their pharmacy's practice to put callers on hold repeatedly without even talking to them. The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. With the closings of every Rite Aid in the area, I'm sure there are qualified candidates to hire. read more

The photo center at this Walgreens is an absolute disaster and offers some of the worst customer service imaginable. If you need passport photos, avoid this place at all costs. They took and printed my photos despite them clearly not meeting U.S. passport requirements, showing a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. Because of their incompetence, my passport application was delayed, forcing me to resubmit photos and wait even longer to receive my passport. What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing. read more

The pharmacy here is hit and miss for me. Everything is helpful if you're filling basic everyday prescriptions like antibiotics. However, if you have an unusual or difficult to get prescription or are having some sort of issue filling a Rx, they are not overly helpful and are always seem annoyed when they have to investigate what's going on with problems with your order. read more

I called at 10:17 AM on 8/20/25 and was transferred to the pharmacy. I asked the woman who picked up the phone what hours lab work is conducted. She was immediately rude and told me I had contacted the pharmacy (even though that's where I was transferred) and that the lab was closed. I told her I know I was transferred to the pharmacy, but I wanted to know the hours that lab work was conducted. Went in for Labcorp, the most rudest and racist place. First and foremost they don't have a receptionist to check you in... there is only a kiosk, that is bs!!! It was like it knew I was black, 2 others were able to check in with a breeze.. both of my kids check in did not work, at first it said it would take 15 min, however it would not let me finish the check in.. after those ppl checked in it said 45 to a hour smh, the bitch going to say oh it's because your using them at the same time. I used to frequent here often. For medications or random things. I've come here a couple times for my plant-based shakes. And I have also come here for a drug screening for employment, as well as my flu shot. I have no complaints. It is Walgreens. Sometimes there are long lines at pharmacy, but that is to be expected. People need their medications. It looks like many people have had bad experiences at this Walgreens. Well, that sucks. Sorry to hear that. I guess I have been lucky. My experience with this store was horrible! I was the only customer shopping for cosmetics and the loud speaker announces "customer service needed in cosmetics " I didn't request help. Checked in this morning and had an extremely fun and revitalizing experience! Mom had an appointment at the Labcorp inside so I accompanied her to this location and I'm so glad I did because I crashed into so many Stellar Role Models of Outstanding Customer Service. Robert was running the front as the Cashier and he greeted us immediately upon Arrival with the most enthusiastically genuine welcoming Smile!! This instantly put Mom and I in a great mood along with the Bouquet of colorful, fun, and comforting squishmellows right at the entrance ;0) After I helped Mom check in I needed to use the Restroom and Suzeth was so nice and helpful in showing me where it was at and also walking me over to open the Restroom door for me. Suzeth was so responsive, warm, and friendly when I engaged in small talk with her and I really like how focused she was in staying on task with stocking up the shelves in an organized and careful manner as well. I was craving an Iced Coffee and found what I was looking for in the Beverage Corner of the Cave!! Everything was well stocked and the glass gleaming clean and attractive. On my way to checkout I also crashed into a cozy and fun pair of Holiday Peanuts slippers I really liked and decided to adopt a pair for myself. I tried to check out before my Mom caught up to discourage me from spoiling myself with Life Illuminating Treasures but I saw her coming from the corner of my Eye and thought "Oh no here comes the Fun Sponge Goalie." Thankfully Robert had a wonderful positive and assertively strong presence and helped my Mom see that the Dark Blue Snoopy Slippers were a terrific practical and attractive catch and the Iced Coffee was a deliciously sensible purchase as well :0) Robert had a great sense of Humor when I told him about her Fun Sponge Goalie habits and successfully convinced her that I was a responsible and level headed Adult who wasn't buying unreasonable things. Thank You Robert for being so positive, professional, efficient, and well organized! What an awful place. We only came here because it was the closet place to get my husband who had underlying conditions the Covid Booster. We made an appointment weeks in advance, arrive 20 minutes before our appointment and the older woman at the pharmacy register couldn't be more rude and unhelpful checking us in. It's been 30 min past our appointment time and we still have been helped. They clearly aren't equipped to handle this process and the store is an unorganized disaster. Rude, inefficient, demeaning. Those are my top three choices. Is there a lot of patients? Yes. Just a small acknowledgment while a person is standing in line can go a long way but they don't even do that. They also are very demeaning when you ask them questions. My grandma had to get a COVID test for surgical clearance and they started scolding her about how she was handling the test and scolded her about how she should know the price and that it said online and how they shouldn't let a little girl make the COVID appt. I am not little I am 26 thank you! Also I work in and Oncology clinic. I know how billing works. It said you guys would run her insurance and if it didn't cover then they price would be the estimated quote given. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to get mad at a patient who is doing as she is told just to be able to get back to a a point in her life she was pain free. I saw an over the counter product being advertised for $8.99. I tried to purchase it, and pick it up at the store, but couldn't as website wanted me to make a minimum of $10.00 for a store pickup. So, I decided to go to store and purchase it there. To my shock price at store was $11.99. When I asked an associate, he told me online prices are different than in store prices. As I tried to make the purchase using my phone, I discovered that my phone had extremely poor reception inside the store, what a surprise! When I asked the associate again about the cell reception, he told me that reception inside store was limited. Is this a coincidence? So, Walgreens blocks cell reception inside their stores to limit you and force you to buy the higher priced products. It's also a way to limit price comparison with other retailers. The Photo Department Assistant Manager Yvonne wouldn't even take the time to look for my order she simply told me was not ready and that she will re-print and I need to come back, when I had an email confirmation that the order was completed the morning of. This pharmacy is hit or miss..... Usually a miss. Sometimes we get really lucky and we will get the nice female pharmacist there (or tech, im not sure) who can fill RX pretty fast..... But the real problem is checking out once your prescription is ready for pickup!!!! The lines both inside AND in the drive thru can take forever! My husband hates going to this store to pick up meds because there have been times where he bas waited 20-30 minutes because either a)there are not enough people working to cover the demand b)the people working are slow/don't know what they are doing or c)the people in the line are asking insane questions and they dont know how to quickly filter through these guests. Dont be fooled by a short line, ESPECIALLY in the drive thru! 1 or 2 cars could easily mean 30 minutes. Also, the hours at this pharmacy are terrible! They close at 9pm most days (STORE closes at 10pm, pharmacy closes at 9pm) and on sundays , they close even earlier and they will completely close on holidays leaving you completely helpless There is another walgreens on Ontario ave in south corona, but it's not very close, it's a VERY busy store, and it doesnt even matter, because if this location is closed, you can't transfer your medications until the re-open anyways which makes all this info useless i guess lol. Had one of the worst experiences at a store in my whole life at Walgreens in Marietta on desert Hot springs. I drove all the way from Anza California a 50 minute drive to get to Walgreens to buy some baby formula for a friend of mine and was also planning on doing grocery shopping in the area at the same time seeing how prices are so high up in the mountains. I bought the formula and joined Walgreens membership read the contract carefully paid with my credit card it took my ID everything was fine when I met up with my friend at the grocery store she told me that she had already bought the baby formula so not even an hour later I went back to return it. The lady was very irate and refused to take the formula back because my ID had just expired on my birthday last month even though the cashier that I sold it to me was still there and I had my digital receipt. She told me I needed to get a new ID and then come back later for a refund I explained to her I lived over an hour away and that was ridiculous I just wanted my money back put back on the card she refused with a snare saying it was a new rule and I explained that new rule was not on my contract and she's nevertheless it was a rule and that's the way it was going to be so without a passport or valid ID I was out of luck. We were talking $80 my grocery money I needed it. And I remembered I had ID me from EDD which is a virtual online ID which is valid everywhere she refused to even look at it telling me it wouldn't work I tried to tell her don't say no without even looking she refused again so I went outside to call customer service but every time I push the button it hung up on me. So I called the credit card company explained the situation and the lady came outside with the baby formula in her hand saying did I want it or not and I said no I'm going to dispute it so she said fine and took the form of back in the store closed and locked the doors because they were closing so now I was minus $80 and had no formula that they did the credit card company which I had on speakerphone and heard everything the lady said to me as she took my products away and locked the door, told me to call the police cuz she basically had just committed theft. So it should have taken me 2 hours took me six stressing all the way home because I had no gas money now luckily I made it. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life I plan on reporting her today and I don't understand what the problem is rules are not black and white she had no sympathy whatsoever for extenuating circumstances. The whole reason I joined the Walgreens is because of the virtual or digital receipts so something like that would never happen to me and the first time I shopped there that's exactly what happened a lot of good it does to have that on your phone when they don't even care to look at it. read more
