I went to Valueglass because the big national chain said they couldn't get the OEM glass because it was out of stock nation wide & that i should go with their brand because it was cheaper. After going through my insurance, valueglass called me within hours and said they could get the (OEM) glass from the dealer in 3 days (the chain waited a week before canceling my appt). i made my appointment , showed up 20 minutes early and they got me inn right away. I had a RFID tag that they were able transfer (unlike the other guys - are you seeing a theme here??). When i signed the bill, it was 1/3 the price from that national chain. Truth be told, this is my second windshield this summer. the other was replaced by that national chain in june. in comparing the two experiences . ValueGlass gets 10 stars. Unfortunately, i'm sure i'll be back, cause they are now my glass guys!!

Called and they told me they do rock chip repair on a walk-in basis weekdays from 1-4pm if the weather is dry. Showed up just before 1pm on a Monday and I was the first car in line. Took them 15 minutes to repair 3 rock chips! I waited in the lobby and couldn't believe how quick it was. The repairs look better than other rock chip repairs I have seen.
