When I got there, Ellie looked at the car and gave me an estimate right away. Pricing I though their pricing is more than reasonable and transparent. As it turned out, nothing was broken (as Ellie had suspected). They had to remove the bumper and re-attach it to make it straight. They did it for a flat fee of $125 plus tax. That was the estimate, and that's exactly what I paid. Scheduling They had an opening the following week. So, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. My estimate at Frankfurth was far more reasonable than my first one was, but what made me choose them was that it's a mom and pop local business run by a honest, hardworking family man named Chris, a father who lives locally. It isn't always about saving every last dollar. There are things that are nearly as important to me. All things being equal, I'd always rather give my money to a locally owned/operated business than some big, faceless, corporate body shop. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. I appreciated Frankfurth's fair prices, but I was thrilled with the quality of their work. My truck came out looking perfect. They did exactly what they promised they would do and finished on time.
