Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

i feel so sad doing this but, I am not happy with the 50 dollar call out fee being 3 miles away…read morefrom the venice office, we as patients don't have the choice to go in and see you so the call out fee is forced on us, health care savings cards won't cover travel, we as a family have autoimmune issues and use the service for being protected at home, we pay our deductible, co insurance and go above and beyond for the disabilities and autoimmune issues and now we have to pay 50 for coming out, I get it gas is expensive, I've also know insurance sometimes doesn't stay to their agreements, none of which should be passed on to the patients, wonderful service, Love the care but this call out seems a bit expensive to me for gas from 3 miles, 6 round trip not happy from financial standpoint

They came with a smile & definitely care & concern for my mom. she was giving an IV for dehydration & and x-ray to check her lungs. They also did a urine test & gave her antibiotics for an infection. The called back a few days after the culture test came back to let us know she was on the correct antibiotic. I can't recommend higher. I wish I could give 100 stars. Not having to transport my mom when she was so sick & her getting amazing care in her home was priceless. Lucky for us her insurance covered everything. What a joke, it was anything but a primary care visit. Months later I received an additional bill for $60.50 on top of the $20.00 which was already paid. When I stopped in the office the staff told me to call a number to have the issue resolved. I called the number numerous times with NO return call. Misplaced pre-op and appt orders from dr, then wanting me to pay $300.00 for tests that was already included by the dr. After I left, received a call the following day saying I have an appt. for pre-op tests which I was there and they couldn't/wouldn't do them without payment (that was already paid by the dr.) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who needs pre-op testing, due to their mistakes my surgery had to be rescheduled!
