the notion of checking in online is a joke... how can i "make an appointment for 3:45 in the afternoon but then still be waiting in the waiting room for another hour while multiple other patients have went back and received treatment... grown adults i might add. While im sitting in the lobby with a 3 year old that can barely breathe. The fact this facility is considered healthcare is a joke. read more

I would like to begin this review with the positive which leads me to express that there is a young lady here named Theresa. She is very friendly, understanding, and helpful. There is another woman who works here as a receptionist that answered the phone who did not provide her name. She is the reason I am leaving this one (1) star review. I called on behalf of my sister after this office informed her that after ten (10) days of isolation she would need to continue to isolate for another ten (10) days which is not accurate information. This inaccurate information was going to result in my sister not being able to return to work. Per the CDC guidelines, if an individual has isolated ten (10) days from the day of the positive test they are no longer contagious as long as they have been fever free for twenty-four (24) hours without medication and other symptoms are improving. When I presented this information to the receptionist she decided to attempt and argue the facts with no knowledge base. Her response was "theoretically we don't know how long COVID can stay in our system so if she's still testing positive then obviously she is still contagious". The ignorance this woman displayed was beyond belief. I do hope that she takes the time to educate herself the next time she decides to try and engage in an argument with another individual. read more

Since Covid- they have become the worst place to go if you need a sick visit. You may as well have the plague considering they treat everyone as if they do. I always came here with kids and for all treatments and physicals. But the last few times have been extremely annoying and disappointing. They aren't helpful, just demanding. I believe they can do better and look forward to them stepping their services back up. read more

I am sitting in the waiting room and have been here for almost 2 hours. I need a TB test for work. There are currently 3 people in the waiting room. The girls at the front desk are very sweet. I witnessed the manager be extremely rude and insensitive to them even though it is their first day. The manager's name was Jackie and she was incredibly condescending and rude to the other employees. I don't blame the two girls at the front desk for the wait. This is entirely management/corporate's fault. Do not go to this clinic unless you want to sit in the waiting room for hours and watch the front desk workers get berated by their supervisor. Edit: The provider that took me back and administered my TB test was also very kind. This furthers my belief that without a singular doubt it is a management issue not providing proper training, materials, and support for the compassionate employees it has. read more

Holy crap! Came in at 7:30 pm not very many peopLe in the waiting room there were two! One lady sitting in the waiting room who had a coughing sick kid let him run aroUnd like a maniac note he was at least 12!! Then the kid went out into the door way hacking and touching the doors while she sat there oblivious to him and when she got up to go had enough gumption to tell him to stop as walking out the door! Then a lady came in with her two kids and while we were in the room they ran up and down the hallway yelling anns a screaming! What a flipping ZOO! I had no choice to go to urgent care but I can tell Yoo-hoo now it will be the last!!!! I will wait to see a doctor if it kills me! read more

I was in a car accident and went to doctors urgent care for a neck sprain/ pain. Thankfully they take walk-ins and we're open & not that busy on a Saturday. I only waited about 5 minutes to be checked in, and then 10 to be seen. The doctor was very attentive, wore a mask, listened to me with compassion & understanding, and did a thorough exam checking my movement, nerves, muscle strength, etc. He explained his assessment of what he thought was going on, without making the visit longer than it needed to be. Gave me specific instructions to help my neck heal and prescribed medication. I left feeling like I was taken good care of. Five stars! read more

Took my 2 year old daughter here, explained to the Dr I am an orthopedic trained physical therapist, was requesting a xray, Dr insisted it was a bad sprain even though she would not zero weight on it. Ended up getting an xray and care elsewhere for an incomplete tibia fracture. Lost all confidence in this location, espcially the Dr. Front desk was helpful for what its worth. read more

Although I have liked the doctors for the most part, my last two experiences were atrocious. They did a urine sample to do a culture for a UTI (turned out serious kidney infection) and after that, I called every day for six days. Each day they said because of COVID, the test were taking a bit longer. Day Six they said they had forgotten to send it in but I could come in (during Covid) and do another one. Except that they had given me antibiotics and a urine test is useless when you are using antibiotics so I refused. They "kindly" offered not to charge me for the lab work that they never did! Several weeks later, when I had another incident (perhaps because we didn't get the needed results?) and I asked them to run the urine test. They wanted me to see a doctor and I, because of Covid, didn't want to go in, just turn in the urine sample. I was happy to talk to the MD on the phone and pay but they refused. I had to drive an hour, with 102.5 temp to get to a place that agreed to let me not go into the establishment. I will not return to the Fairborn Doctors Urgent Care. read more

Depending on the Dr.? Bedside manner is awesome but they're very slow, I suggest only going after 5pm or if no one better is open

This has always been my go to doctor office when my general one is closed. the staff is very nice and all the doctors ive had in the times ive went have been very attentive to whats going on. and if they ever thought i needed to see a different type of doctor they are so quick to say so. love this office! read more

The doctors are always very attentive once you get to see them. However this can take several hours. I do understand that as an urgent care they are very busy sometimes however it would make it run a lot smoother if they had a nurse to fill out the paperwork when the doctor is finished. Sometimes after being seen the checkout process takes another half an hour even upwords of 45 minutes. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait with a sick child. But when the doctors office is closed it is the most convenient place to go. read more

Updating this review for many reasons. I was seen here a little over a year ago, and had to come back today. Wow. No improvement what so ever. The staff was so inattentive it was unbelievable. There is a sign out in the lobby that says "in some cases patients may be taken out of order due to severity of their illness or injury". Fact, I was the only one in the waiting room with an illness. Everyone else was there for sport physicals. They have a sign in paper in the waiting room with everyone's names and why they are here. (Pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation) I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Every single person working was sitting up at the desk talking amongst each other. I work in the medical profession, and this is not how it works boys and girls. If you have time to lean, you have time to get your work done! Take care of your patients and take the ones that need the care first! Obviously I'm beyond angry. Maybe if my urgent care co pay wasn't so expensive I would be a little less mad. read more

It's been a while since I've had this experience, however it still makes my blood boil so I'm going to share it. Perhaps it will make people think twice before coming here. I came in with an emergency, and at the time I had no idea that you were past closing hours. The doors were open, and people were sitting in the lobby waiting. I was in massive pain, so I gave no thought to you being closed (it actually shouldn't matter anyway). The woman at the counter turned me away because my insurance was "invalid" (it was not). She directed me to the nearest hospital that I could not afford and denied me service. Thankfully I was able to book an appointment with my doctor (you know, with the insurance that was so invalid), and get the medication I needed. Someone else may not have been so lucky though. Think twice before coming here. read more

Seriously the worst urgent care location in the Dayton area. My wife sat there waiting for 5 hours tonight to be seen. I understand emergencies come first but no way there were 5 hours worth. Lazy employees, lazy doctor and overall a dingy place to go for medical care. read more

I have been here several times, as well as taking my children. The extended hours are nice, but many times we wait two hours or more to see a doctor for 5 minutes. read more
