Didn't know which is fine but did not seem to want to help. Said to check downstairs. I asked a person downstairs and he said upstairs in the middle near the person I spoke to. I went there and near the counter to the side is a larger rack with umbrellas and ponchos. I took three then went to checkout and nicely told the woman where the rack is just in case others asked and she seemed to not care. I waited so she could check me out buy the person she was helping took longer and she didn't tell me the line started behind me to the left. I waited and waited meanwhile a customer walked up to the side where another person behind the counter stood with no people and she helped that customer instead. Never said she could help me. Another employee came to the counter and could have said he would take care of me but I wasn't sure if he was coming to help or do something else so I went to the line area. So he helps someone else instead even though he saw me standing there. WTF. Basic Communication would be nice. Poor service and very unmotivated people.

Viral Set is red and is angel hair (not the pasta) of a milk chocolate bar with Turkish cotton candy and pistachio filling. The other bar is green with a crispy kaddalfi and pistachio filling. These two bars are a version of the authentic Dubai bar created in Dubai, UAE. Price? High. As I always have a budget, I rarely get a bar unless it's tiny and inexpensive. Now I have yet to see a small affordable Dubai style bar at ProHealth. However, the joy I get in making Dr. Alex and Miguel laugh about it is all I need!

Patients shouldn't have to waste their time making repeated trips just to find out what paperwork is actually required. Communication and customer service need major improvement.

As many people in the area know there are plenty of pharmacy's... But what they don't know is that Careland is not your normal pharmacy. Having been to CVS, Rite Aid and Wallgreens I always have felt that I was always just a number to them with no respect or privacy for the medicines i was picking up. The pharmacist could care less about what your being prescribed or explaining it to you. Like i said before your just a number to them with an insurance claim. Careland takes caring into a whole new level. Placing special orders for customers the perfect example is if they do not see a particular item they normally use Careland will specially order it for you from one of their many whole sellers. I personally find that very thoughtful & kind. The customer service is excellent, all the employees greet you right away & offer any type of help. The Pharmacist himself is there every day to answer any questions you might have. Its like getting another opinion from a doctors point of view. The style & design itself is very environmentally friendly. A lot if not most products are organic! They work hard to make patients feel like they can always count on Careland offering free pick-up & free delivery service. I will continue to shop at this pharmacy where i can trust that my health is a main concern not only as a customer but as a person!! A friendly pharmacy (with a great modern look and feel to it, may I add) that has been willing to accomodate to many personal requests and preferences of mine, as well as other patients. I'm pleasantly surprised with the service and selection of products, including their stock of Weleda skincare products and my favorite Frederic Fekkai haircare. I submit my otc meds to my FSA so I need proof of what I purchased. They don't have receipt books or even a stamp with the pharmacy details. Second, as I explained why I needed a detailed receipt, a very angry woman yelled from behind the pharmacy counter that they have plenty of customers so it's not a problem for anyone else. Nice way to treat one of them. The nice young ladies at the register clearly looked mortified at this unnecessarily aggressive behavior. Will not get any more prescriptions from this place. In a pinch, they're ok but I hate rewarding bad behavior, so there's a much friendlier pharmacy on Fulton near Clinton Ave that I'll be using going forward.

I had a controlled substance that you have to take twice a day and could result in a seizure if you do not take it. One of the persons that was working on the floor told me " The nearest ER is Interfaith, or just go to the nearest emergency room to you if you have a seizure." A person working for a pharmacy said this stoically as I was leaving!!! The prescriber from Charles Evans Center stated he did not call the prescription in until the day after I supposedly picked it up. Meaning there was not a prescription on file to be filled.

Having been in retail management for 9 years, I understand that your establishment pays for that item and if it that item goes unaccounted for, it will directly hit your bottom line but you could've let that go. It was a ten year old that made a mistake, not a situation of a mother not having control of their kid and the employee knew that. You could've just let it go and for that reason we won't return. In just about every aspect of my life, I try and support local businesses over the ever-increasingly dominant chain corporations that are taking over our lives. For some reason, that didn't extend to prescriptions. Until now. SVRH is better in every single way than the soulless corporate pharmacy we used to go to. (I'm not going to name names, but it rhymes with DVS.) First and most importantly, they actually have the prescription drugs that my children need when they get very ill. In stock. Ready to roll, without a wait. I'm not sure how or why they have a better stock than a major corporation, but they do. Secondly, you get to talk to actual humans. Instead of pressing a bunch of numbers to try and get my problem solved when I call in, until I inevitably scream "REPRESENTATIVE!" at the phone, I called SVRH and an actual human being answered. And she answered my question quickly, without having to consult another human or put me on hold for 20 minutes until she came back with a non-answer. Thirdly, when you go in, you get to see and experience genuine human care. These are nice humans trying to get other humans the medicine they need, quickly and efficiently. I also love to see the Asian dude behind the counter throwing pounds to the black community patronizing this business. Yes, some people waiting were impatient and a little angry, but the staff (and there were plenty of people working) dealt with all of them well, and even with a bit of humor. If I can make it work, SVRH will get all of our prescription business from here on out. Plus, they sell lotto tickets, so they'll win that $1 million when I win the Powerball. Which is good for all of us.
