    Walk-ins welcome

When I approached her she said the doctor was running behind. When I finally was seen, the doctor was fine. Seemed pleasant enough. Told me I should go get an X-ray but because I was in lots of pain, she gave me an arm brace. She failed to mention it would cost me $250.00. Yup, $250.00 for an arm brace That I didn't even need. I'm disgusted that providers can get away with things like this. I will never go back.

Been coming to this urgent care for many years. Overall, our experiences have been positive…read more However, this time I have to bring attention to something that has now happened more than once. Despite having an appointment and checking in early, we waited nearly an hour while walk-ins were taken back before us. We did get an explanation around how workers comp cases see a different doctor, but this still didn't explain why non-workers comp walk-ins were seen before us and only waited 5-10 mins. The receptionist stated that the nurses decide what order people are seen, while the medical assistant stated that corporate ranks or prioritizes who gets seen first. What a cluster! When we checked in online and entered our reason for the visit, we requested testing for pneumonia. And wouldn't you know it, we now have to go to another location or receive an external referral to have X-rays done because they don't have that capability at this location. Seems like someone could have flagged that before we even walked in the door. UPDATE: Was just told by a nurse that it's a fireable offense if anyone from the clinic contacts a patient in advance to let them know that they may need to visit their sister clinic in Golden for things like X-rays. Also just learned that this facility is extremely short staffed. Not sure if that's simply how corporate runs things or if they can't hire enough qualified people. Meanwhile patients and staff are unhappy and stressed Big bummer. This facility has signs all around asking patients to be respectful, etc. but when you ask the front desk staff to explain why people are being seen ahead of you, you're looked at like you're crazy for asking even if you're using a polite tone. I even apologized for being a pest but come on now. If the receptionist was experiencing what patients are, it wouldn't seem unusual to be trying to figure out what was going on. This location is sometimes super on point, and other times they don't know up from down. Please someone with authority and a strong operations background get this place running smoothly all of the time!

There is one doctor that treats you like an adult - I wouldn't feel the need to write this review…read morebut today I scheduled a Telehealth appointment with Dr Christy Kleinke. I have issues with my tonsils (I have my whole life) and this week have been fighting some sort of infection. Green mucus, no coughing, but my voice is gone. Tomorrow I am supposed to speak briefly at an event - not counting on it but I thought I'd try to help myself. Before I could even begin to explain my situation, this doctor was extremely rude to me. I inquired about a steroid to help my tonsils with swelling and an antibiotic. She immediately said (I'm telling you within 5 seconds of speaking to her) "Well, I'm the doctor and I'm not prescribing that." Excuse me? I didn't beg, I didn't demand, I just asked about this and she comes out swinging with that? I asked her a why she was saying that (and explaining in my broken voice I'm not trying to be combative I am just genuinely wondering why she is saying this, and she says "Well you're going to have to come in, what do you want? Swabbed?" to which I politely reply "I want to do whatever I need to do to help myself". She said "Well, we're at lunch from 12-1 so you can come at 1:00" and is ready to end the call. I ask her which office - etc. to which she continues to speak to me like I'm some sort of idiot until the call ends. There are two floors at this office. Was this a stupid thing to ask? Is it out of the question for me to try to help myself AT MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE? Gross. Dr. Kleinke, you're gross. I know you're a doctor but if you want to talk to people like their children go work at a daycare.

WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I went in for my annual physical in January. The main reason being, to get my scripts refilled for a full 12 months. This NEVER happended!!! EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to send a request to have my script filled. WTF?! What's the point of having a primary care physician?! My Gynocologist will send in my scripts for a year so I don't have to deal with this BS!!!! Per the Office Policy manager, "I'm not a good fit for their office."

When I showed up they asked for additional paperwork which at this time it was turning into a Novel of paperwork asking the same thing over and over and over again. After that fiasco their Office Manager wants to talk about how you written down your answers and talk about feelings. I did not know they changed from Medical Dr to Therapist. Waited a Month to be seen all the while it's gets worse cannot eat solid foods because the tooth is broken in 4 spots knee messed up, can't sleep well and this office instead of fixing they want to talk about "FELLINGS" I read some reviews and it sounds like this Dr was good until about 2022 when he went "WOKE"

I can not believe how far the quality of this practice has fallen. I had been a paitent of Dr…read more Yamamoto for 7 years and he used to care about his patients. We'd have personable conversations about skiing and auto racing and he would take the time to help. Lately it's been impossible to get an appointment due to weird hours (open a few here and there, so it's hard to get them on the phone) and a complete lack of response from their website. My most recent and last appointment with him ever was a complete debacle: 1.They closed the office due to snow without notifying me, after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment. I called their answering service and got a reschedule for the next day. This was initially frustrating, but otherwise nbd. 2. I get there and Dr. Yamamoto is solely focused on paperwork and the computer. After a few minutes of typing he says to me "so everything is ok, yes?" and I tell him "no, that's why I am here" and begin to discuss my symptoms. 3. He provides no answers, no guidance, just focusing on his forms. He asks some mental helath questions and I tell him, I don't care about that, I don't want that, I want to discuss physical health, a specific issue. He hells me it's standard for a physical and continues, not addressing my questions. 4. I tell him look, I want to talk about this stuff that has been going on and he replies with "this is a physical, if you want to talk about issues you need another appointment." He then takes my vitals. 5. I tell him, I didn't book a physical, I made the appointment, 6 weeks ago to try and talk about specific issues. At that point he is walking out of the examination room and he rudely said to me "Well, I don't know what you want me to do then, you just need to find another Doctor." and sends me to the in-house lab for a blood draw. 6. Still stunned, but looking for answers, I stop by the lab to get a blood draw. The person there was very nice, but she stuck me 4x and couldn't get a draw, so I took an order for Labcorp and left. While sitting in the parking lot, I scheduled another vist with a new Doctor. The Dr didn't seem himself, and yeah, Covid has stressed everyone out so I was just going to move on with my life and let it go. What prompted me to write this, was 2 weeks later I get a jacked up bill, with an incorrect date from FOUR YEARS AGO for this appointment, and what do you know, they line item me for a mental exam, blood draw (which wasn't done) and a physical exam, which they didn't run through my insurance. When I called the office they told me it's from four years ago and I need to talk to their outside billing. Outside billing says it's from 4 years ago - which is impossible, I have seen the Dr. annually and paid each time since then. You think if it was really 4 years old, they whould have charged i trest or sent it to collections. No, this was from the appointment last week. Dr. Yamamoto just needs to retire to the ski slopes where he obvious and stop wasting his patients time and money. I would like to think this was a typo on his part, but after they way he essentially "fired" me, I just don't know.
