A deer , yes a deer jumped on my hood running from people trying to record inside the parking lot at Cooperstown all star village . I called dent raptor the next morning and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I sent pictures and was confirmed it was deer damage . Joel was such a good guy . Offered to drop me off at Cooperstown to watch my son's game while he worked the dents. Not only did he pick me up once the vehicle was done . But I was blown away at the outcome of his work ! Definitely took the dents off and did exactly what he said he would try his best and get it close. Which he totally exceeded . Not only was it a relief to have it done. It was also a relief he was fair with his pricing . For what it's worth , honest family man doing quality work out of his shop . Thankful I met you and found you during this dilemma I had . Over the next few hours, they completed paintless dent removal on my car including all the dents I knew about (4) and the ones I didn't see until they put the car under special light (6 more). They did a fantastic job and it's obvious they take extra care. I highly recommend them to anyone needing PDR. In addition to providing good service at a fair price, these are nice people. It's hard to convey how nice someone is in text. I don't want any more dents in my cars but it's inevitable and when it happens I'm going back to Dent Raptor because these are really nice people that take pride in their work!

This went on for 5 months with me constantly keeping in contact because they wouldn't. Finally, today I received a phone call that they cannot fix the car and that I should come and pick it up. "But don't worry, we didn't charge you anything". Not only did they waste my time where I could have been using the car they were just very unprofessional. I have found them to be a very honest shop and the work they have done on my vehicles has been excellent. While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I've had frame repair done, also a great job. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure. PT changed hands last year. We had used them for years and loved their service. I will not go there…read moreever again. They installed the brakes in my car incorrectly, which of course is exceedingly unsafe. They should have simply admitted that they did not know how to work on my car. The incorrect installment also ruined the brake wear sensor. Total cost to fix was $600. When I asked them about it, they blamed the problem on the reputable shop that actually fixed the problem (waaaay too vigorously) and destroyed the evidence.
