I'm new to the area... and went to Carentz the same day after being hit by a deer. Bill was recommended strongly by a tire shop, and he was also one of the only body shops in town who answered the phone! He told me to come on by and helped me immediately upon my arrival. He is incredibly kind and efficient, and got me in and out extremely quickly! He also did everything in the most cost-effective way possible, finding affordable and reliable solutions to fixes I honestly thought would cost an arm and a leg! As a woman, it is incredible to find a person who works with cars who's not simply interested in taking advantage of you. He's truly a stand-up guy!
