We picked the car up, no oil change had been done (did not have enough time is what was stated by Chris - car was there 14 days) and the bill was $90 over what was quoted. I had asked to be the POC due to the fact that I was the driver of the vehicle and instead my husband was called. I was told by the mechanic that there would be a guarantee on the parts and labor and nothing is listed on the final bill. I was really hoping I had found a great garage in Norwich this time.
