The day I was to drive the 11hrs back to Charlotte, my Mercedes let out an Alarming Scraping sound, less than 5 mins into my journey. If not for MAVIS, their policy of Open on Sunday and the dedication from the Staff, headed up by John the location's Mgr., the event might well have been a more inconvenient issue. Big ups for the entire team in taking several avenues to find the source, then reracking the vehicle twice to listen and analyze, ultimately finding the source of the issue... all to ensure my safe return home. My issue held up two others customers and I insisted John allow me to pay for their repairs (both were inspections). He said he would do nothing of the sort and informed me MAVIS would cover their needs. This is the kind of service, dedication and command of the craft, sorely missing from our culture today! Tow service 90 minutes out... beautiful spring day.. we could sit on side of highway. Slowly drove the vehicle to gas station.. no help.. our road side suggested a nearby place.. don't sell tires, made it to another place a mile up.. don't have our size tire.. I made a call to Jordan Boudreau He didn't have our size but was going to get and come to us at Carroll's Motors- guy there very nice- sat in his lot and waited for Jordan....he drove over an hour to get the right tire and came back to replace it.. above & beyond.. safety first- kind & friendly.. willing to help. May I add trust.. we then had to drive to his shop to pay.. thank you.. thank you for showing up and helping strangers.. for going out your way.. giving of yourself. You are a blessing.. we arrived home safely 7 hours later in total.
