Well you told me to get a hold of you and you didn't call back! Here's my email to you! This is for the owner of the car wash. Your employee illegally processed my bank card to set up a reoccurring payment plan for car washes. My wife and I went through there with her Lexus. He told me that for 3 dollars more that we could get another wash for this vehicle for the next month. We decided that it sounded like a good deal. In NO WAY did we state that we wanted to rejoin this establishment! I quit this place a few months ago and I was paying a lot less than $39.99 a month! Why the hell would I okay this??! Just refunding me the $39.99 doesn't cut it. For some reason you answered my yelp with a phone number to contact you. Of course that was false. And now I get a response that I will have to rely on some email that you probably won't even see! read more

4/13/2025: Turbo Shine Car Wash--Best Care Car Wash selected. Aside, it has been 1-1/2 months since, I last washed my truck. The results having my truck washed at Turbo Shine Car Wash: 1. I had to use my bottle of Windex in order, removing the bugs from my windshield, the front of my truck's hood, moon roof, roof, and rear window because the Turbo Shine Car Wash's windshield roller didn't descend onto the hood, moon roof, windshield, roof nor rear window scrubbing removing the bugs and grime, i.e., the roller didn't descend in order, washing my entire truck as expected. 2. The side brushes washed the caked-on dirt from the wheels. 3. The truck seriously doesn't look as clean as expected especially, paying $27.00 due to the Turbo Shine Car Wash's rollers didn't descend upon my truck's hood, windshield, moon roof, roof, and rear window. Unfortunately, I waited twenty minutes receiving my paid receipt; however, the Dude was cool who gave me the scented Dolphin for waiting--NICE! Question: Will I return? I think not. read more

I didn't want to write this review. My car was damaged here and the damages were close to $100. I did my due diligence. I checked if it was the car wash that damaged my car (it was, I checked my own cameras), and I made a claim to this car wash for my damages (but they declined it). I would have dropped this whole issue, but the car wash kept claiming it wasn't their fault. I cannot agree with a business that doesn't take responsibility when they damage someones property. I don't like going to car wash tunnels that have brushes because they cause micro scratches to my paint. But I when I work in Rocklin, I come here since they're close to Costco and I don't want the bird droppings to bake in this 100+ degree heat. That being said, Turbo Shine has been great! They have super nice staff, they do a good job hand drying and make sure the bird droppings are gone. I like that they give you wet microfiber cloth to wipe your dash instead of the disposable packets. There's a bay of free vacuums for your interior. I have been here five times in total. Both with a sedan and with an SUV. I have been happy with the car wash and with the service. Everyone has been professional and friendly. It is concerning to read some of the one star reviews. Perhaps, it is best to go to the touchless car wash at Chevron, as it does not touch your car, and offers the best overall value for dollar, $10 to $12 per wash. This type of car wash is the one I have used the most over the years. I think there is less risk to your car or property, and you save a large amount of money. read more

Drove out of the way to try this place based on the reviews, and it was unfortunately a disappointment. It wasn't busy with just 2 cars parked. Paid $27 for a "deluxe" wash, but the hand towel dry was just a few quick swipes (maybe six) from an older gentleman who clearly didn't seem interested in being there. I asked him to wipe both rearview mirrors -- he did one, then walked away. I wasn't sure if he was finished, and after a bit he just looked at me and waved me off. They also don't include interior vacuuming; instead, they have DIY vacuum stations. I was finally able to use the coupon for a complimentary Best Care carwash that was in my inbox for weeks now. Came in on a slow Tuesday at 4 pm and a crew member greeted me by the gates/kiosk. She instructed me to press "Redeem at Wash" button so I could retrieve a barcode to open the barrier. As I entered the wash area, another staff handed me a moist towel car wipe and sprayed the front and back with pre-wash goo and proceeded to manually brush the grill and front bumper. The retail value is $22 for their premium wash, which includes bug remover, tire shine and tri-color shine wax. This in itself is the cheapest in the area. The kicker that separates Turbo Shine from my current subscribed unlimited carwash is the towel dry that comes after exiting the machine. All the employees had smiles and were helpful. read more

I got my car professionally detailed and I think a lot of the issues was actually coming from old build up that the car wash was trying to remove. The customer service staff is always super nice & helpful. I wish there was a better way to tip them other than cash though-I never carry it on me. I stopped by attempting to use the Free Wash Code from their QR Code Sign... the link I was sent didn't work... so I forked out $25 for their best wash. I recently went to Turbo Shine Car Wash in Roseville and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. A young employee with faded red hair was extremely unprofessional from the start she acted annoyed when I asked simple questions, rolled her eyes, and made me feel like I was a bother for being there. Her attitude completely ruined the experience. It's frustrating to pay for a service and be treated with zero respect. The management really needs to work on training their staff to treat customers properly Or not hiring people like that anyways. The car wash damaged my mirrors on 2/1. I took my truck to the wash to use my unlimited membership. The first time I went through the car wash. I had closed my mirrors because I was standing in line waiting. The second time there was nobody at the kiosk, and since I had an unlimited membership, the machine allowed me to go forward where I was met by a young man who greeted me and gave me wet wipes. I asked him if he could close my mirrors because I drive an F250. He said, ma'am, you don't need to close your windows because our car wash is specifically designed for larger vehicles to go through on damaged. I went through the car wash when I exited the car wash. There were two kids there to drive my vehicle. When they were drying my vehicle they looked at each other and made a face like oh my gosh something happened. They opened my mirrors. I proceeded to vacuum I noticed there was damage to my mirror. I addressed the kid about the damage and he told me that I had to email management to get this handled which I did I did and I called them and left a message. 12/4/24: on Sunday, I received a call from Drew who stated he was a representative and a manager from Turbo. I told him what happened. He apologized profusely and asked me to take pictures so that way he could submit this to Insurance so we can get it covered. He told me it was a coaching moment and he would make sure that he was coach his staff properly how to address larger vehicles. He also stated that it was customary for them to automatically close mirrors with vehicles of my size. That this was an error on his part and also apologize profusely for the damage to my truck and said that he was going to submit the claim to Insurance.. He called me back the next day, which was Monday asked me to send the pictures and a price quote of the cost of my mirrors for my vehicle, which I did. 12/8/24 : The owner of the car wash called me today and told me that his insurance states that they don't cover vehicles over a certain year with damage. My truck exceeded the timeframe of their policy so They would not cover it . Then he told me that his type of car wash doesn't cause damage to vehicles mirrors. Clearly it did after they said that they were sorry for what happened to my vehicle Drew the person who called me after I inquired about the damage, told me that the insurance needed specific information to file the claim . Who is the manager who has talked to me before this situation insured me that they are apologizing for everything that happened and that this was totally their fault. He also told me that this was a coaching moment for his employees. The pictures and all the information requested by Drew to submit to the insurance this was on 2/4. Now the owner is calling me and stating otherwise. He said that their insurance wasn't going to cover it and because they have two signs in front of their car wash that state they're not responsible for any damage. But the two workers that were there I asked them specifically before I went into the car wash "Could they close my mirrors and they said they didn't need to because the car wash would not cause damage to my mirrors" . But yet the owner says they're not responsible. I would not use this company to have your vehicle cleaned if you were worried about damage to your vehicle . This company will take no responsibility for their actions or damages to your vehicle and you are as they say SOL. If you're willing to take a chance on your vehicle getting damaged and don't care about paying for the damage and this is the car wash for you. read more

BEWARE!!! My car was damaged here and they refuse to take responsibility or even refund my monthly membership. As the car wash attendant was guiding my car into the wash, I heard a very loud clunk. I looked at the attendant like, what the heck? And he kept guiding me through. As I got out of the car wash something was definitely wrong. Something was dragging underneath my car. It was sooo loud. The undercarriage cover was broken and dragging underneath. I immediately told the attendant (who was very nice and helpful) and we took pictures. When I contacted the owner, he said it wasn't their problem and that it must've happened before I got into the car wash-which it absolutely did not.There was nothing wrong with my car prior to entering the wash. Be warned, if anything happens to your car here they won't take responsibility. Furthermore, even if it is their fault and your car is over three years old, they will not cover it. My car is newer so that wasn't the issue. Just a heads up! I will NEVER be back to Turbo Wash. I do not give my hard earned money to businesses that treat their customers this way. I would rate this 0 stars if I could, this weekend I went through the car wash and at the end the air blowers blew out my back window on the passenger side. There was no damage to the window previously and I have been in multiple car washes. Not only did my window shatter with glass flying everywhere, but it took forever to clean the inside of my car to remove all the glass. The customer service was horrible. This is a fantastic car wash service that just opened in my neighborhood. I decided to try it out and was very impressed with the service. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member, who walked me through the entire process. The car wash machine strong without being too hard on my car. The whole process in the machine only takes a couple minutes. After I exited the car wash machine, the same very friendly staff member was waiting and hand dried all of my windows so that they wouldn't stain. I couldn't see his name tag, but he was working the evening of Monday 5/13 and had a wide brim hat on - very friendly and professional, and took a lot of pride in his work - he even lifted my wipers and dried underneath them. Afterwards, they have car vacuums with different nozzles and extendable tubing that even stretches to reach your trunk if you want to vacuum your car. All around exceptional experience! read more

I've been a long-time customer of another car wash chain in the area, but decided to try Turbo Shine for the first time due to two coupons I had. Unfortunately, my experience was negative that I doubt I'll return. When I arrived at Turbo Shine, I waited for the employee and presented my coupons. One was a free $22 wash coupon I had received in the mail, and the other was a complimentary wash coupon from my car dealership. The employee (very young girl) immediately insisted that I opt into text messages to activate both coupons. As my phone battery was dead, I explained that I couldn't do that and asked if I could use the dealership coupon instead, that had no text message requirement. To my disbelief, the employee became visibly annoyed and rudely stated that the dealership coupon was not valid at that location. There was no mention of any location restrictions on the coupon itself. Confused, I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for a more clarity and a positive resolution. To my disbelief, the employee threw my coupons back at me and walked away to find her manager. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. While I understand that working in hot conditions can be challenging, there's no excuse for treating customers in such a rude and dismissive manner. I've been there, I get it. But that's just horrible. The manager eventually arrived and kindly apologized for the employee's behavior. However, the manager took my coupon for the better wash and gave me the basic option, which I thought was strange. But at that point I didn't care as I just wanted to try out a wash. At this time, I would not recommend Turbo Shine to anyone based on my experience. The gal's poor customer service and unprofessional behavior I encountered were truly shocking and made me embarrassed to use a coupon. I hope that the management team at Turbo Shine will take steps to address these issues and ensure that future customers have a much more positive experience. While the basic wash ($12) was passable, it was far from a wonderful wash. The vacuums were a nice perk, and I would consider paying for them if I were a member. However, other car washes in the area offer similar amenities with more location options, so I'm not sure how Turbo Shine differs. I won't be recommending this time around due to the mediocre customer service. read more
