Brought our vehicles here for a full interior and exterior detail. They did an OK job, and everything definitely looked much cleaner and better than before.What really stood out was the waiting setup. They have a shop you can walk through while you wait, plus a seating area and a little toy zone for kids. My son and I looked around the store, and he even found a couple of cool toys he really liked. They definitely make the waiting process comfortable and easy for parents.While the service was decent, we noticed Five Star Car Wash nearby has slightly higher ratings, so we'll probably check them out next time to compare. I was really disappointed with my experience at Fairway Car Wash. I paid $46 for the Ceramic Seal wash, plus an extra $30 for the interior conditioning and more for the floor mat cleaning. Unfortunately, when I got back into my car immediately after the service, it was obvious the job hadn't been completed properly. There were still dirty areas, dust and debris left behind, and the interior looked like little effort had been made despite paying for the upgraded services. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. I don't mind paying more for premium services, but I do expect to receive what I paid for. I hope Fairway Car Wash improves its quality control because this experience did not match the premium price. read more

January 14, 2025: Oooooof~My truck needs a bath because the exterior was appearing reeeeeaaaallly fung-key! It was imperative visiting Fairway Carwash last year, October 2024; however, I forgot writing my Yelp review--ooops~so, I apologize for my blunder. Today's visit, I chose the $46.99 car wash service in order, removing the acid rain, the black gunk from my truck's rims, cleaning the underbody, and the overall exterior plus, there was a weird film on all the windows and windshield. Despite giving the Tech's his tip, I had to bring to his attention the windshield wasn't cleaned: He thoroughly scrubbed the gunk from the exterior and interior so, the weird film was removed. BTW: It helps speaking Spanish in order, the Tech knew exactly what wasn't completed as per the service I had chosen . . . Disculpe, señor, ¿podría limpiar el parabrisas y las ventanas? I've been bring my cars here for 3 years and the team does a good job cleaning my car. Today I pull up and there is one car ahead of mine. I've seen 8 cars come out of the car wash but Mine hasn't moved from where I parked it. I am more disappointed after talking with someone doing the vacuum piece, asking if there was a problem with my car..the answer was ; not that Im aware of. I purchased the $129 wash. 1 hour later I was told my truck was done. I inspected it and found several spots with dirt on the truck. On the hood where a bird left its droppings was not cleaned. I pointed it out to the employee. He said it was stained and could not be cleaned because he waxed over it. I asked him to get some cleaner and a rag. He made a half assed effort to clean it. I insisted he try harder and the bird crap began to come off. He continued saying it was stained and quit trying. I then inspected the cab. Same thing, crumbs on the seat in perfect view. Overpriced I took my 2023 Nissan Armada to Fairway Car Wash for an interior detail after a family trip to Lake Tahoe. Upon being checked in by the elder gentleman with the straw hat, I explained to him that I wanted my carpet's shampooed, floor mats pressure washed, and interior trim detailed. Of course he suggested the top of the line service at $198.00, but I declined and then he offered the next service option at $100, which was essentially the same thing minus the seats being wiped. He said the carpets would be shampooed and the interior would smell fresh. Approximately an hour and thirty minutes later I return to claim my vehicle. Upon inspecting the interior, I noticed the floor mats were still caked with dirt and mud, the carpets weren't properly vacuumed not to mention shampooed, and there wasn't even a fresh scent as promised by the the man in the straw hat. I pointed out the deficiencies and asked for the interior to be redone. The manager agreed and said that he would take the car back to detail and have them redo it. Approximately 10 minutes later, he returns with my vehicle, and upon further inspection, the only thing that was done was a re-vacuum, and my floor mats were saturated in armor all giving them the appearance that they were pressure washed and clean. Bottom line is I paid $100 to have a $9.99 car wash which is totally unacceptable. If you are taking your vehicle to Fairway car wash in Roseville, use caution especially if having your car detailed because in this particular instance, I got completely ripped off. Upon arriving at home I had to rinse my floor mats because they were super slippery and upon doing so noticed the amount of dirt which was coming off of the mats establishing that they weren't even properly cleaned by the folks over at Fairway car Wash. I'm totally disappointed and will certainly not be bringing any of my vehicles back. I will definitely be putting my experience on blast by anyone who ask. This used to be my go to car wash, i had there monthly membership too, then discontinued it due to car nit being properly cleaned.when i asked the person to wipe the marks on exterior he was like buy other pavkage .Today once agin i tried bought there expensive package of 79.99 $, they took good hour and half and again my exterior was dirty like simple marks which can easily come off with water, i had to do it myself when i came back home.You have to pay so much and dont get the desired results . Time to update my review! I come here at least every other month and they always do a very good job. Even though it's pretty pricey for a truck but honestly they do a lot of things that isn't fun to do. Always try to make sure my truck is pretty empty on the inside so they can do a good cleaning. I even sometimes pay extra for them to pull out my rubber floor mats and give them a good cleaning. I like my truck a lot after I get it cleaned here. And everyone is always friendly. read more

My car was cleaned and I paid over 37 plus gave a tip. When I got in, I noticed white stuff probably from ice cream that had dried on the inside door of my car. I called the man over that did one wipe across and told me those were scratches. I said okay, I mean he said he couldn't clean because it was scratches. I left and pulled over in a parking lot, took a wet wipe out, rubbed for a bit and it all came up. Plus I found more areas under the wheel and on the wheel that weren't touched. I've been going here for several years and have several vehicles that I get express washed. Occasionally I get the full detail. The service has been very good until today. I only needed a light wash as my windshield got a couple of marks on it. When I went through the wash, the guy who usually brushes the windshield and front of the car at the beginning is new and he didn't do the brushing. The wash doesn't have any brushes to wash the windshield, so of course my car came out with the same marks it had before. It was pretty much a useless car wash as my car wasn't really very dirty. Just wanted my windshield cleaned. I went to customer service to jet them know the current guy wasn't doing as good of a job as the previous one, so they could maybe let him know. Instead I was met with "I only got the express wash and they don't clean windshields." I told them that if they changed their practice it would be good to know so I could go elsewhere. read more

My car was damaged and the owner is trying to say it didn't happen. My husband paid for a wax and when he brought the vehicle right back the wax guy spoke Spanish to the customer service gal - he dropped the wax buffer while it was still on and I have several dings and the rubber of my window has chatter marks as well. Owner was rude to my husband, because he didn't bother reaching out to us till Monday - damage was done Saturday. I've turned it into insurance and they can fight about it. Point is they don't let you know if they damage your car and say it didn't happen. My husband requested he preserve the video footage and he said "we will be in contact with your insurance ". I personally went there today to see if he was available and he was at another location. I want him to see the damage in person, I have nothing but time, I'll show up daily until he sees me. read more

A few weeks ago, my wife took her Honda CRV in for a simple car wash. My wife & I have been going to the Fairway Car Wash for years & have had pretty good luck there until just recently. As my wife was waiting for her vehicle to come out of the wash it pulled up into the covered parking area with four flat tires. Apparently the person driving the vehicle into the entrance of the wash somehow managed to break all four of the valve stems on the tires. The employees were extremely dismissive about the situation & tried to convince my wife that the valve stems were defective to begin with. My wife called me to come pick her up, & when I got there, a couple of the employees were in the process of taking the tires off without asking permission from my wife. These guys were not mechanics, equipped to reset the electronic air gauge monitors or anything else. I immediately stopped them & called a flatbed tow truck & had it sent to Les Schwab for repairs. Thank God for Les Schwab! They replaced all four stems for free, so no blood no foul. The point of this story is that Fairway Car Wash absolutely refused to take responsibility for the damage they clearly caused, even though the employees were frantically trying to remove the tires to fix themselves before I got there !! My intention was to make Fairway pay for the damaged tires, but fortunately for them it didn't cost me anything & my insurance payed for the tow. I even called the owner on the phone who acted annoyed & was rude, talking to me like I was one of his employees. No bueno. Never, ever going back. read more

Got the Executive Wash with leather conditioner and a mat wash. Overall satisfied. The staff is very friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because the wheel wells were still a little dirty and they didn't vacuum under the car seats. But I really liked the business, will be a continuing customer. The slowest car wash I've ever been to. They don't get the soap off the outside and the inside looks like it was never touched.

They did a horrible job. I went there instead of Quick Quack specifically to get the interior cleaned. They barely vacuumed it and did not really wipe down the interior at all. Whatever rag they used just left smears all over the center console plus the rag must have been dirty because now my car smells like rotten milk!! I'm so disappointed. The best carwash experience I've ever had! The staff genuinely cares about making sure you leave with the cleanest car possible. I went through the car wash and pulled up to the vacuums to clean my car and one of the staff members came up and offered me spray and a towel to clean my car. While he was at my car, he saw how dirty my seats were and told me that they do detailing and that he could get my seats clean. My seats were so disgusting, they have not been cleaned since I got my car in 2018 so I thought it was beyond repair... when I got my car back after they detailed it I was in disbelief, my car seats looked brand new.
