They got my business because they were willing to service my owned propane tank free of charge if I became a routed customer. Today Steve & Casey came out and fixed the regulator on my tank, I was expecting a charge of over $300 for this repair. When I asked if I can call the payment in to the office, he said no charge. During a time when money is tight and everyone is feeling it, I really cannot express my gratitude for this company. For as long as I have propane, Hunt will be the only company I trust.

They treated it as an emergency and sent me a technician right away and charged me $200 +. He flushed the system and it's working great. Then they scheduled me for a maintenance visit which could've been the same day and I found out that the maintenance would've done the same thing for free. My technician was great. I give him a 10 out of 10. My air conditioner is nice and cool. But champions finds a way to make money off their customers no matter what they should've disclosed to me that the maintenance visit would have flushed the system. I am MVP member and will get my visit for free because of that. Service champions please stop finding ways to sneak in extra charges. This blows your credibility. I gave three stars because my service provider was great and my house is cool but overall Service champions has got to have better transparency.

Gio who inspected our air conditioner was fantastic, polite and thorough. Explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to insure everything was working properly. Jordan came out later in the day and not only looked at our garage lights we want to replace but checked every electrical plug in our home. Including the plugs outside were working properly. He also checked our breaker box to ensure it was up to code and everything was in good shape. I really can't say enough about this company and its employees. I highly recommend service champions. We remembered a note in one of the SPMUD's newsletters that asked customers to call them first if they had sewer problems. We called and 2 crews came to our rescue. Once I replaced the tankless water heater, I had to deal with the residual damage from the water. The insurance folks sent out a demo team to take all the damaged wall/ ceiling and mold out. The insurance gave my Contact info to a Renovation company they use and said that they would call me. After a couple of days, I did not hear anything so I researched and found these guys on Yelp. They came out the same day provided a quote and I feel that their prices were reasonable. The insurance had already paid me out for what they guesstimated the cost of repairing everything ( i didn't tell them how much I was paid out) and it was comparable to what they quoted me. Although they said if their quote was more, they had no problem going back to the insurance folks to deal with them in regards to more money to do the project. Thankfully, we didn't need to do that. However, I thought that was important to mention because I didn't realize that a lot of people do not want to deal with insurance companies. I was turned away a couple of times when I was trying to find somebody to Replace the water heater and I needed them To provide information to the insurance company. These guys came in and we're so quick and efficient. I had a partial ceiling missing in my living room and in my garage. The wall that separated my living room and garage were missing. They Did the sheet rock,installation, crown molding, painted, Mounted all my cabinets and hooked back up my washer and dryer and sink in a few days! We filed a police report for trespassing abs harassment. If these people come to your house, tell them tk leave immediately and call the police. This is an offshore illegal scam.
