Their prices (on the lower end) are reasonable too. Brought my truck in for a wash and fuel. I paid $105.00to fill tank and the pump said I needed to see the clerk for car wash. I selected the special mini-detail for $120, then went to pay for the service. I asked the clerk if I would receive a discount since I filled up, and he said discount was only for the $29. Full service wash. He couldn't explain to me why I couldn't have received the discount even though I was spending much more. And of course, the manager just went on break and unavailable to explain. It had been several months and a long road trip since a wash. I had a free wash coupon as a new neighbor ($25 value) so hard to beat that. I'm basing my review on if I had paid the full price. It was not very crowded on a Thursday afternoon so it only took about 20 minutes with only a few other customers; I imagine the wait might be a lot longer when they are crowded. They did a good job with hand prepping the car before you drive through, then wiping down and vacuuming the interior afterwards and it looked great. This car wash markets itself as a premium auto spa, but when I arrived I found it to be little more than a glorified gas station car wash with folks on hand to towel dry. Wow!! What a terrible wash. My truck is 2 weeks old brand new. Very clean already but had some bug spatters and a bit of highway dust. The interior was spotless except the driver floor mat had some dirt. It looked EXACTLY the same. I drove home mad that I just paid $150 for a pack of 3 washes. What a giant ripoff. Pretty impressive drive through car wash. You drive in, they hand scrub the car while you sit in the car, once they finish hand scrubbing the car gets pulled into the carwash. Once done with the wash you drive to the drying area where they hand dry and vacuum the car, this is when you go in to pay for the wash. I would have to say the they cleaned the car much better than some of the more expensive car washes I go to in the Bay Area, recommended! read more

I have been coming here for several years. They used to be very detailed and I was always so pleased with the job they had done. Now I have to remind myself to check the car a bit before I drive away and start getting irritated as I find more and more spots not well cleaned or well vacuumed. Today I pointed out five different places where there were spots or not well vacuumed only to leave and come home and notice that they did a horrible job cleaning my tires. I've had my cars washed here since at least 2008 and I've always valued the price and quality of the work here. Over the past year or so, the work isn't quite as detailed as it used to be. My biggest complaint regarding cleaning is they used to clean out the cup holders , dust the nooks and crannies of the dashboard, and wipe down the seats, both front and back. Not so much now. I didn't use to have to check what was done when I got the call that my car was ready, but now I have to take a look over everything. Even the wash didn't get the license plate and door handles very clean. Price has recently gone up, and even with the $5 coupon a decent wash will cost $30, not including tip. I always tip well but lately I've had second thoughts because the quality isn't as good and the work seems to be done on a rush, even the last time I went and there was only one other car there at 8:30 in the morning. read more

This was our first time here, my hubby and I took both our cars here and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. We had the car wash plus wax. Before they put your car through the brushless car wash machine, two attendants wash your car by hand, then they put you through the automated car wash. You drive up to the machine, put your car in neutral and the machine pulls your car through. The wax is sprayed on at the end. They vaccumed and wipe your car down by hand. All of the staff and attendants are really friendly and professional. They have many attendants here, washing and waxing cars, I couldn't believe the amount of cars that came and went. The attendants work really hard to make sure you're satisfied, so tip accordingly. read more

Not only did they give me a free car wash, but they only charged me $35 to shampoo two of the seats in my car. I paid just under $150 for a booklet for Auto Wash and detail package. Took my new truck here on the 23rd of March to get it cleaned before my dads funeral. They sprayed wax on my truck after the wash and had me pull forward. About 15 minutes in it starts lightly sprinkling just as they start to clean it. Basically they vacuumed the carpets and handed my a coupon to come back. They shined my tires while I was in the vehicle and I gave them a $12 dollar tip and they had me pull out. They never wiped the wax off of the truck so it got sticky. When I returned today they said the coupon was only good for the exterior wash because the rain only affected the exterior. They refused to wipe down the inside. Basically never wiped down the dash or windows either time. Should have never tipped the first time. Once I use up this booklet that I paid for I will go elsewhere. This place was always great , but something has changed. Customer service is lacking now. I've been going here since they opened and I recommend it to everyone. But this is now the second time I've had this kind of issue. I do not recommend this place any more. read more

Disappointed. With the high reviews, was expecting more. Paid $27.99 for a groupon car wash, valued at $35. $2 more for a mini van. Came on an almost rainy day, so business was slow. All the more reason to expect more. Yes, I have kids and my car is a war zone. But, when I take time out of my busy schedule to get a "real," car wash, I expect a great job. As the pics show, many things were not done. Vacuuming was sub par at best. Lint on the air vents and console, after I took everything out of my car before bringing it in. Everything! Car seat wasn't vacuumed, and there was tar on the bottom of the car, that could have been cleaned off (I scaped it off with myself later). Last, they don't spray the rainex on the windshield, just the lower part of the car. I thought that's what rainex was for?! Can't beat quick quack's price (plus I have coupons, so it's nearly free). Maybe it depends on the person you get at the end. Not worth the drive for a sub par clean. Of course, it starts raining as I pull out of the lot ;). It's ok. I went to this place awhile ago and had a not good/not bad experience so I thought I'd go back. Yesterday, I had my car cleaned and it was a complete joke. I paid 49.99 for the more involved cleaning as my car was dirty. While it was being washed I was inside paying my bill and purchasing some things. I was met with a gentleman (pretty sure he was the owner) and he was not a nice man. He spoke to me rudely and seemed generally bothered to help me. I had to ask for a bag for my things and then when I got it he threw it down in the counter and didn't even bother to bag up my things. He made it abundantly clear that he was not interested in helping me one bit. Then there was the car service. I don't understand how they can call it clean but they do. A total rip off. My toddler could have cleaned the car better. Smudges on the plastic, gunk still left on the shifter and the doors. I would not go back.
