We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. Finally, they said since it was summer, and they were doing so many lawn mowers that people needed right away, would we mind waiting? To be agreeable, my husband said sure. In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

Getting…read morecalled on Monday to ask if my mower was delivered because they don't know where it is or if it was dropped off at the wrong location even more concerning but shit happens. Calling to explain that my hydraulic reservoirs are bone dry and that is not manufacturer spec and being told that it is , completely unacceptable. Then proposing I go to them after paying for pick up and delivery or wait until Friday ? After I'm going on 2 weeks without my mower ? Own your mistake atleast this is not an adequate hydraulic servicing and you should be going back through this machine to make sure stuff is right. Several things documented were never done evidence by the parking brake still not being adjusted being billed for one fuel filter that is off brand and having an on brand filter on the machine ? Sloppy. I hope to hear from Brighton mower leadership. Attached are the staff reported specs for hydraulic fluid so watch out that matches no manual I have seen, I attached those for simple visual evidence. Update: Some technician came to my house identified it was not properly filled before I could ascertain what oil was being added one side had been added without of specification oil. This lead to another call with a rude customer service agent indicating that there product his fine however my warranty clearly dictates what products are used. To correct this all of the hydro oil must be redrained. This has been just about 3 weeks without a lawn mower. Stay away if you have a warranty or want anything done to manufacture specification. It was made clear those specs are optional to Brighton Mower.

We really wanted all the doors in that hallway to match and so we began searching. I heard about this place through a friend. We went to their showroom to look around and after that visit it was clear that they do beautiful, quality work. Some of the custom doors can get pretty pricey, so we just ordered a basic shaker door and some trim to match the doors we already had in the house. They were easy to work with and had fair prices. We were able to stain the doors to match other doors in the house so we were pleased.
