I had a horrible experience with this place. It was my first time there. I explained exactly what I wanted and the quantity and decided to pay the day I placed the order. When the order came in, not only wrong, but the owner refused to fix the problem. I had to pay for the mistake of his employee. This is NOT how you deal with customer service or should run a business. I'm extremely disappointed in the service provided and would NOT recommend!!! My husband and I bought a house a couple years ago. The house was a project to say the least. On the second floor there were a few mismatched doors that just didn't belong. We really wanted all the doors in that hallway to match and so we began searching. I heard about this place through a friend. We went to their showroom to look around and after that visit it was clear that they do beautiful, quality work. Some of the custom doors can get pretty pricey, so we just ordered a basic shaker door and some trim to match the doors we already had in the house. They were easy to work with and had fair prices. We were able to stain the doors to match other doors in the house so we were pleased. read more

Absolutely Garbage of a Place. Had them make me stair treads for a home that was built in 1905 on the west side of buffalo, they have been walked on 3-4 times and the wood has already cracked on 2 treads! Spend a lot of money for them to kill me garbage. Not to mention, I also tried to buy the Railing and install from them Phil their sales man came out to my site told me they install railings and treads. After waiting 4 months yes I can't make this up, 4 months to mill 15 treads and get the railing parts, Phil then tries too tell me they don't do the install! Absolutely Highly Disappointed with this. I would highly advise anybody who is doing any kind of historical renovations to stay away from this place. You guys absolutely suck, your using deceptive advertising saying you install and then don't, Your sales man lies just to get a check. Might I also add they were trying to sell me Railing Goodeneck quarter turn and spindles for over $1000, . You guys are a joke! Someone put on here better prices then Home Depot? Ordered a custom door with explicit drawings - door was ordered wrong. Vendor then said they would charge me to modify door (which they ordered wrong)! When they finally realized THEIR MISTAKE they said they would modify the door to fit my opening (at no charge). I agreed only because I wanted to finish the project quickly - sent vendor detailed drawings again for modification. They picked the door up almost 4 weeks ago and have not finished "modifying" it.
