We kept calling and calling to see if it was ready, to get it back, but it was never ready. Finally, they said since it was summer, and they were doing so many lawn mowers that people needed right away, would we mind waiting? To be agreeable, my husband said sure. In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

Alex and his team removed rocks, stumps and shrubs, regraded land and hillside by my house, built a small retaining wall, installed new drainage, and re-seeded the lawn. The price was reasonable, new drainage works great, the yard has a much better slope to it, and the grass came up quicker than I thought! I haven't put any new plantings in yet - we're waiting until next spring for that, but when I need help with it, I'll call on Alex. He is definitely on my contractor short-list. I highly recommend Q's Lawn and Landscape.

I watched some you tube videos on tecumseh motors, took apart the electric starter... the gear Tarth on the starter were gone. Replaced the gear easily. Fly wheel was fine. Replaced the spark plug. Works fine. Brighton mower is the most unethical business for small engine repair. DO NOT TAKE your mowers or snow blowers there for service. It is the worse!

I called on 10/25 about having a snow blower serviced. They said it was still Fall so they'd have to prioritize lawn mowers first. Okay, that's fine. The person on the phone said they would look at it in the following 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed since that initial phone call and I've heard nothing from them. We had a snow storm this week so I called them up and they mentioned they were swamped (likely due to the storm). I told them it's been three weeks since our chat and over 2 weeks since they picked the device up. The owner said he'd "move us to the front of the line because [I] sounded anxious." The owner was helpful, had it looked at on Thursday, called Friday with an update and then again today after a full assessment. While I'm disappointed I had to call things seem to have moved quickly since then.

Well this chainsaw has never leaked gas but does now and also you can get a new carb and gas line for under $40 and a new chainsaw for $180 WTF. They are a bunch of rip off artists to say the least stay clear of this place.
