Not only did they complete the task successfully for a reasonable fee, they never once complained about the difficulty or extra time involved, nor did they ask for more money. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire job and I appreciated that they called twice in advance before arriving--once to let me know they were on their way and a second time to give me a new ETA based on the fact that they were stuck in heavy traffic. We have a former duplex with two separate hvac systems, and he gave us a package price along with UV sanitizer lights. Again, fast, efficient, and professional. By the way, after posting this review I saw a couple of older negative reviews. I found Jason through A's List, which has overwhelmingly positive reviews going back at least a couple of years. I was very impressed by the professional and friendly attitudes of both Al and Don. They even moved a console piano (extra fee, but I knew that in advance) and were very careful with it. No damage happened to any furniture; everything was thickly wrapped in heavy moving blankets and was well packed. They also moved a bedroom set and put it in the garage so it was easier for a charitable organization to pick up later, and carried smaller furniture pieces from the basement to the garage for the same reason. The movers maneuvered a tricky second floor staircase at the first residence and successfully carried down a complete bedroom set with nary a scratch. Kudos also to Isac, who set up our move so quickly - I called on the Wednesday prior and was able to secure a crew for Monday, just a few days later. Very, very happy with Five Star!!
