Last week we had drinks and I ordered a Margarita less OJ like I always do. It was straight sour mix on ice. Verified by 2 people at the table. I told the server that I think they forgot the tequila. She came back with the same drink and said the bar said "its because I skipped the OJ" ?? Well that would make it taste like sour and OJ wouldnt it? It still wouldnt taste like Tequila because there was none in it. Tje poor server agreed with me and apologized. She also said management will not let them freepour anymore and they are mandated to use jiggers. She said there had been several complaints about drink quality. I left the full drink , minus 3 tastings , on the table. Not only didnt they remake it, they charged me for it. Fast forward a week and we had friends visiting so we took the to the tiki to eat lunch. Everyone had mahi , 2 fried, one blackened. The blackened dish was cut up like french fries and drier than dirt. No one ate it. The fried plates were terribly fishy. I eat fresh mahi routinely and this wasnt fresh by any means. Im afraid we are going to have to find somewhere else to visit. There just aint much good around there anymore but the views, the music and the conch fritters ( but even they werent that great last time)

First you check in at the hostess booth in a small room where she does her spiel and fully explains the menu. Then she will lead you inside the restaurant to your seat. We sat in a private nook in the corner which accommodated our 8 people (which the staff was fine with us adding 2 more to our 6 person reservation initially). The entire place is so well decorated and if you look around there's tons of fun details and decor. The menu is made up of a map and they provide everyone with their own personal flashlight to see it. When you order certain drinks, it triggers various special effects. At times, it felt like an adult rainforest cafe with changing sounds and lights. Our server went above and beyond to make our experience great, going all out with his special effects and overall sassiness. You get a two hour allotment and our server did a great job of updating us of how much time we had left. We will definitely be back!

They really did a nice job with this place land the theme on every square inch of the place! We had a group and got a nice private booth in the corner. Our server was the best he made it so much fun. The drinks are very on theme and they have them divided by how much alcohol is in each. Some are even made to share! Also we learned as we went that some of the drinks come with a special show! I'll keep the surprise going and not tell you which ones! They are quite expensive (over $20) and the ones I got tasted awful...but it was more about the experience!
