We had a wonderful stay at Caribe Royale Orlando and really enjoyed our villa! Overall, the resort was beautiful, the villa pool was lovely, and we had a great experience dining at both The Venetian Chop House and Calypso's. There was so much to enjoy, and our stay was definitely a positive one. There were a few things that kept it from being a perfect five-star experience. Our villa had a strong cleaner smell when we arrived, and the noise was a bit disruptive. We could hear guests opening and closing the patio door above us, and our villa was located right next to a staff cleaning closet, which created quite a bit of noise throughout the day. I also wish there had been beverage service at the villa pool, similar to what's offered at the main pool. That would have been a great added convenience! Other than those minor issues, everything was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. We would definitely consider staying again and look forward to coming back! read more

It has taken me about a month to write this review because I really wanted to love Caribe Royale Orlando. We were celebrating my granddaughter's fifth birthday, my grandchildren enjoyed the resort, and we were grateful to be in Florida making family memories. Those happy moments deserve acknowledgment--but so do the problems. The property is beautiful, the family amenities are thoughtfully planned, and the pool is the heart of the fun. The hot tub and convenient location were highlights, too. However, there were real cracks beneath the beautiful aesthetics. We initially stayed in a two-bedroom villa in Building 7. It felt dated, the carpet was visibly dirty, the garbage disposal did not work, and the space smelled very damp. We went out and purchased Lysol and a moisture-absorbing product to try to make it more comfortable. That should not be on a guest's vacation shopping list. There was also excrement left in the primary bathroom toilet when we arrived. It took more than two hours and a second phone call before someone came to clean it. Later, while I was showering, my mother saw an unidentified animal inside her bedroom. We ended up relocating after the first night from the two-bedroom villa to a smaller suite. Given these issues and the change in accommodations, we expected a price adjustment or some gesture acknowledging the inconvenience. No compensation was offered--not even covering parking. Checkout brought more frustration. We had questions about the room-price difference and the balance we expected back after incidental charges. The front desk gave an explanation involving our third-party booking, but it was not clear to us and did not resolve our concerns. No manager was brought over to help. We left feeling unheard. The food and drinks we tried were not a highlight, either. My apple martini was nothing to write home about. I can appreciate the wonderful time my grandchildren had and still be honest about where the resort fell short. Great location, and the management really seems to care about the place and the guests. If you can, meet with the GM...he's serious about hospitality. Excellent location for our conference. I hope we return here again (and again). Restaurant are well planned, and have a great range of offerings (price options). The Sports place is very cool...get into one of the simulators if you can. Batting and Pitching!, among 15 or so other sports. Go to The Market and try the Rum Royale ice cream. All-suites. That means a slightly larger room with a door between the sleeping and sitting area. One room with 1-2 beds and the bathroom, and another room with the sitting area + couch bed and a second TV. Nice to be able to close a door between these two. Stayed here a couple of days for a work thing. This property is huge. You have to park near the lobby to check in and then drive to the building where your room is. There are 3 buildings. And then the conference rooms are in a separate building. So if you're staying here on business, I recommend bringing a pair of flats and then switching in to your heels. I remember doing alot of walking when I was here and boy do I wish I listened to my own advice. Hotel staff are really friendly. There is a Starbucks on site and it is on the same floor as the check in lobby. My room was really spacious. Bed comfort is a miss entirely for me, but the suites are spacious and clean otherwise. Great amenities to beat the weather and/or stay active and some decent restaurant options if you want to stay onsite. They also offer shuttles to the Disney area daily, which is included in your daily resort fee, so take advantage of it- even if just to Disney Springs! As for the pool area- a DJ is set up at the top of the water slides keeping music going throughout the day- nice vibe. Also- One of the attendants at the pool- He says his name is Steve Brown... I didn't actually see his name tag- but that man had such a positive energy! Steve worked the pool area and was an entire vibe. He represents the best side of hospitality in my opinion! I only got to spend a few hours by the pool my last day, but he was easily the resort highlight and the type of energy we need more of in this world! (HUGE shoutout to you, Steve!) Beware of Caribe Royale Resort. Found a great deal at this 4-star hotel and was able to get a 2 night weekend getaway for about $300. Upon checking in, we were told that they would place a $200 hold on our card for "incidentals" and then credit it back. At time of checkout, we were supposed to get charged the remainder of what we owed plus parking, which came to about $150. The second day of our stay we were charged an additional $100, and then on the day of check out we were charged another $201.95. So this hotel basically has over $500 "hold" of our money for who knows what. They're still going to take their $150 something we owe and the $500 takes 3-5 business days to receive back. Very questionable and predatory business practices. Not staying here again. read more

Stayed here five nights for a work conference at the convention center. Check in was quick, the rooms were serviced daily and the facilities were decent. Loved the 1.5 mile trail along the perimeter of the property. There is also a two story fitness center and small arcade room. The Market was a great place for a quick snack - hot paninis, pizzas, and desserts (the peanut butter cookie is amazing!). I would consider staying here again if I ever get back to Orlando. read more

I heard they had a huge display made of chocolate-so I had to see it. We drove to the valet and told them we would be less than an hour. Got my valet ticket and went inside. The hotel had that five star aroma. It was gorgeous. The Christmas display is right in the lobby. There's a short video on repeat for both sides, showing how each respective creation is made. Wow! So much chocolate. It's really unbelievable. I enjoyed learning how the display was made. There's also a small village of chocolate. So cute. We got through the display and took pictures in less than 15 min. So we walked downstairs and took pics by their gorgeous Christmas tree! We walked outside to see the pool - very nice, and then over to the sports bar. The sports bar was happening. Lots of screens. Would be a great place for a game watch party. They have an upstairs level but it was closed so I didn't get to go up there. We tipped the valet and got our car back. I can't speak for the rooms, food or beverage, but I can say the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed their Christmas display. We may be back for a summer weekend stay and the sports bar. read more

We stay at this resort for wedding. Enter parking lot no clear parking sign for checking in you have to park near main entrance give your keys to their valet staff. When you check in their staff members are very friendly and polite. Their rooms are very clean. The noise from outside the room is very loud so you can hear everything. They have plenty of gated parking. Checking out is very interesting they tell you everything is automatically done so no need to check out and copy of receipt will be email. When you receive your credit card statement that when you see extra charged for late check out. They never send you receipt with extra charge. So if you don't pay attention it's your loss. read more

This is a review for the event space only. We had our annual award ceremony in the Palms ballroom. The room is so beautiful and the food and presentation and service were delicious. We had a beef dish and vegetables, a salad and a chocolate dessert. We were also served water and soda and coffee. The bathroom was very clean and I love the countertop and tile and the vanity mirrors. The staff was very friendly and efficient serving our lunch as well. Parking can be a little difficult, but it was OK. Location is good and close to a lot of tourist attractions. Came here for a family wedding, very beautiful resort, very nice convention center, and the villas we stayed in are amazing. The pool was also very big and it had a slide which the kids enjoyed so much. The villas we stayed in had two bedroom, first bedroom was the master with a master bath, the other bedroom had two queens beds and a separate bathroom outside. There is also a living room area, dining table, and kitchen, very spacious overall for 6 of us. Also has a balcony thats enclosed and all the villas face the water view. There is a nice pier bridge you walk over to the convention center where all the occassions were held from the Villas. We did face two small issues, we checked in Thursday but did not get our room until after 5pm when check in is 4pm or earlier since we were apart of the wedding. Other issue was the AC would stay around 73-75, they came by a couple times and eventually got it fixed but we faced this issue for almost 24 hours. Overall I would love to come back here again as its not too far from the Disney parks read more

I got the opportunity to tag along to my sister's work conference trip. As an Orlando native, this was my first time enjoying the resort and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is wonderful at the pool and made it easy to enjoy the water slide and ordering a cocktail. The waterfall is also tremendous along with the size of the pool. I was happy there were deep ends, feeling like it was a place you could really swim. There are also two hot tubs and it's super fun getting to relax in between. Spent the week here- combo vacation and business conference. The conference center did a great job with space and food. There were a few concurrent events. Breakfast, lunch and our reception were well organized, good food, and friendly staff. My room was perfect- a king suite in one of the towers. I tried all the restaurants and bars- good food and service. The Venetian was average- a bit underwhelming. Very loud with a number of large groups- my food and service seemed to get overlooked among the large groups. Had to send the steak back because it was cold (i.e. it clearly had been sitting for awhile). The Stadium is a great place to watch sports. Many good options in the Market. Calypso pool bar had a good Caesar Salad with protein (I chose shrimp). Employees throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful- appreciated the towel and food/beverage service at the pool. Good DJ at the pool. Convenient free shuttle to Disney theme parks. Gas station, drug store and a walk in urgent care center across the street plus 15 mins from Animal Kingdom and Disney make it a great location. 15 mins from airport. Housekeeping was excellent. Appreciated Google Cast on the TV- I was able to cast some home regional sporting events from my iPad to the TV. Grounds are well maintained. Best chicken noodle soup ever in their market daily. I got an Instacart delivery to fill my fridge with beverages- appreciated the microwave. Starbucks in the lobby. Tried to use the walking/running path- unfortunately it ended suddenly after 0.5 miles- blocked by construction of expanded conference space. Join their loyalty program- they will match your loyalty status from other hotels. Sign up for their emails-they often have special rates. Didn't try the spa but it looked nice- next time. We went for a quick new year's trip and it was fun. There are not many places to eat inside the resort but the kids loved the pool and water slide. Even though it was winter and pretty cold for Florida, both the pool and water slide were heated so it was warm and the kids could play in the pool even at night. We liked the chocolate houses/village at the front when you came in and the decorations for Christmas were pretty. It was fun for a quick trip, I only gave four stars even though it was fun, MM because I would have liked there to be more things to do other than the pool and more restaurants inside. Spent a total of 5 days here for a big multi-day international pool tournament and had an amazing time. For as big as this location was, they truly made it feel like home. Their sports bar in particular was top of the line with ample seating either upstairs or downstairs and with golf simulator bays available for rental. Very cool as they had plenty of games to choose from outside of golf like soccer challenges, baseball, and football. Their rum bar in particular had some of the most enjoyable staff. Bartenders Cole and Gio were some of the most genuine people I had the pleasure of getting to know while frequenting this bar. Their manager Danieliz truly knows how to foster a great team and it was great chatting with her as well. Overall they all provided us with some great local recommendations for things to do and eat. Don't go there if you're a person of color. Although they have a beautiful diverse staff, I was Astonished by the service I received. After being verbally assaulted by an intoxicated white woman(and her husband), the staff forced me to move for an unoccupied seat that I'd been in for over an hour. The drunk assailant had been drinking at the bar and left 2 of MANY pool chairs unoccupied for over an hour. She returned yelling that it was her seat. Instead of reprimanding the poor, belligerent behavior, she asked ME to move and offer me a virgin daquiri as compensation. It worth noting that their po chairs are advertised as first come, first serve. There is NO mention of this towel on the chair reservation policy. For context- all chairs have towels on the on the weekends. Unless there are personal belongings on the chair, there's no way of knowing if the chair was once occupied by two drunk idiots read more

Our stay at hotel when we come to town for the last 3 years.. whether it's one night or several days, we have a wonderful time every visit. Great for kids and adults. Fun for everyone. Water slide, jacuzzi, wonderful outdoor bar, playground and water pad for the littles and enormous pool, Our favorite time of year to visit the hotel is Christmas. The hotel has multiple bars, a great restaurant, and the marketplace is open til late. They also serve Kelly's ice cream!!! #iykyk we will be back next month. The Venetian Chophouse is wonderful, however that should go without saying for a AAA Diamond italian steakhouse - very pricey. Staff there were great. At Calypsos you can definitely tell and feel that they know they are getting an 18% service fee regardless so your presence isnt exactly catered too. Additionally all offerings of FnB are laughable overprice, food service purveyor (GFS/Reinhart) fare made without any real culinary talent from BoH. It was awful and you all have quite the audacity. Rained a day here during my five - clearly satellite is still in use here because that just makes sense while charging top end fees. I wont be back, this is about as luxury as Black Lumpfish Caviar. Fake class and a run down atmosphere. No shuttle service, no vending or FnB options in separate buildings, they expecet you to walk through a down pour to visit there market that charges $10 for a 8oz high noon & $6 for the smallest Fiji available. We stayed here all week and it's a very big resort . The villa we stayed in had a kitchen, washer/dryer and two bedrooms and a lanai for sitting outside and screened in which was good. Had two pools , one with a slide and mostly crowded with kids but the other was smaller with mostly adults for a more calming atmosphere. Only quirk I had was after folks spending for the rooms they hit you for 30 bucks a day for parking. Otherwise great experience all around and the staff were great and helpful. read more

I have been to the Orlando area over a hundred times, we always stay on Disney property. This was the first time we planned a trip not on Disney property. The trip was planned at the last minute, and I read the review of Caribe Royal and remember driving by it. I liked how it was only 20 minutes from the airport and less than 10 minutes from Disney Springs. We planned this trip to sit by the pool and go to Disney property for dinner. First, we arrived very late at night, 3:00 in the morning, due to a delayed flight. I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know and was thinking that our room would be all set when we arrived, but it wasn't. There was an issue with the room that they gave us and we weren't able to get into it, I was extremely frustrated because I called ahead of time and it was 3:00 in the morning. I went to management the next day and they were accommodating and refunded one day of the resort fee. The lobby of the resort is beautiful, it is very clean and bright. There are also a nice few areas that you can sit with your family to have dinner or drinks near a TV. The room- The rooms are huge! There are only two of us, but it was so nice having the space. I liked having the large fridge and lots of table space in the front room. The beds were large, but I thought the sheets could be softer. The bathroom didn't have a fan, which was strange and would cause it to get foggy in there. This is a GREAT room for a family. The pool- I enjoyed the pool. As adults, we went down the slide and thought it was fun, a kid would LOVE it. I enjoyed the waterfall feature. I liked to sit near it because it was relaxing to look at and listen to. The temperature of the pool was perfect. They had a DJ on the weekends, I liked the music, but I wish the DJ was more interactive. We were there at Easter time and they had activities such as the Easter bunny walking around and an Easter egg hunt for the kids. You have to wake up EARLY to get chairs. Hotels that I normally go to have a gate around the pool so the pool doesn't open up till a specific time. However, there is no gate here, so you can reserve a chair anytime. I would go down at 7 AM and there were barely any spots left. I think it was a little ridiculous because people were using anything to "reserve" a chair, for example, I saw cans on a chair. The staff at the resort is lovely! They are so kind and helpful. They are walking around and asking how they can help you. During the heat of the day they were passing around eucalyptus towels and frozen grapes. I also enjoyed how they had chair covers for the lounge chairs, not just towels. I did the "walking trail". I don't know if that is how I would describe it because it is mostly in a parking lot. They have a nice large gym. They also had pickleball and tennis courts. One thing I didn't like was there was no locker room or showers. We had a late flight and there was no place for us to shower after swimming and before our flight. They have buses to Disney property, the times are set and you have to reserve them ahead of time. We did not use them and used Uber/Lyft instead which was easy. Overall, we liked the resort and the staff there. We would return if we wanted to do another trip off Disney property. UPDATE: Saw response from business. I am not stressed. I'm pointing out a law violation. I'll paraphrase one bullet point from the law: "Sign placement: Signs must be legible and visible to people entering the parking area. They should be placed no less than 5 feet from the ground and no more than 8 feet above it." The sign she is stating is not prominently displayed as the law suggests. They think a little screen 3ish feet from the ground qualifies. It doesn't. I will include your response in my complaint to the state. Original Review: This hotel is breaking the law with their parking lot. The Florida measure (HB 271), which state lawmakers uniformly approved, requires garage and lot owners to prominently display their rules and rates, This hotel believes that law doesn't apply to them. Nowhere is it posted in clear visibility that their day rate is $32 **OR** that the day rate is activated when you're there for longer than 60 minutes. They will ignorantly state that their "fully transparent" parking rates are listed on their website. It's clear the bright minds at this hotel think they can skirt the law on this one. read more

It was very close to Universal. The resort had stores, markets and restaurants. It was so convenient. The conference center was huge and there were clearly marked signs, so everything was easy to find. The rooms were also suite style and were spacious. The staff were also friendly. We spent a few nights here during Spring Break. I will start with the cons first and end with the pros. The cons were dining is pricey, however the food is tasty along with wonderful service. The check-in was wonderful with courteous and helpful hotel staff. The facility is clean and we love the desserts at the Market. They are fancy and tasty. My teens really enjoyed the virtual reality/simulators at the sports bar. Another con is the pool. If you don't get there early you won't get a lounge chair. There was an event happening one day so an area where chairs are usually available was in use. We were only able to spend an hour by the pool. Lesson learned for next time. The room was clean and was spacious for 3 people. It was convenient to have a free shuttle to Disney attractions. PS We wanted to give 3.5 stars which is not an option. So we are subtracting one star for price and one for unavailable chairs. read more

The space is huge, so getting to the front desk was a good walk, but I can see it being popular and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and us using our tickets (no apple wallet tickets, barcode only for events). A guest and I went to a Boxing match. The space was set up pretty well. Not a fan of how close the hotel chairs were put together, more cramped then stadium seating. The row in ground of us was NOT marked reserved, but close to the main fight "non vips" had to move and crowded our row. Points off for poor planning. The food and drink is the usual marked up beer, hotdogs and sandwiches you get at a stadium. Was expecting a bit more for a hotel venue, but I was able to get something good. Good venue. Best Mommy Weekend Ever!!! I had this hotel booked for weeks and couldn't wait to visit. Seriously, my sister and I we're counting down the days. Why did we choose to visit Orlando? My cousin invited us to his baby shower, this was the perfect opportunity for us moms to escape and travel together. I researched hotels under the hashtag "OrlandoStaycation", The Caribe Royale showed up multiple times. Also, my cousin have stayed here and said great things. The new renovations were the highlight of every video. The old reviews here on Yelp were written before the hotel was completely renovated. I was told by the front desk, sales have increased since the renovations have completed. It's important to note this hotel is very clean, the hallways and rooms smell nice, smoke free, floors are clean - no food in the hallways. The staff is constantly cleaning. The pool is clean and free of bugs and debris. Most of the staff is nice, except for the servers at the Calypso's Pool Bar & Grille. Some of the women have Attitudes!! BUT we didn't let the foul mood Ms ruin our weekend. HOTEL DETAILS: Starbucks on site, and restaurants. The large pool has a slide for kids & adults (we enjoyed the slide), the kid's splash pad and play area, gym with 2hr bike rentals. I did a bike ride and struggled to find the bike path, so I road on a small side street, and parking lot. I was uncomfortable riding in certain areas because I was alone. The hotel has a spa on site, lots of conference rooms, gift shops, arcade, and so much more. The villas also has some fun features, but I didn't explore that area. BOOKING: I booked a standard queen room through the hotels site. I also applied the summer special ($25 daily food & beverage credit), which came in handy. If you live in Florida or Georgia browse the website for a "resident discount". Trust me. The food here is pricy, so the food & beverage credit came in handy. At the time my total was about $355-ish. My sister and I flew in from two different states. She arrived around 8am and took the rental car to the hotel, which was $31 to Valet - for some reason she thought it was Free! I was furious, then told her not to valet the car again. I flew in at 1pm, we did early checkin for $50. I asked for a pool view - which was extra - The front desk offered us a GREAT parking deal since I decided to upgrade. I immediately said "YES"! By the way, if you stay here Request room 1521 in tower 1 the pool viee is lovely!! My total quickly jumped to $660. Some might complain about this price, however this was the best money I ever spent on a mini vacation. We were pleased with our stay. ROOM DETAILS: As previously mentioned, this entire hotel has been renovated. Entering our room, I was in awe of the modern minimalist style of the room. All hardwood floors, accent walls, lots of space. Very comfortable. Our queen suite came with a pulled out sofa in a separate room that also had a door. Almost like a living room space with a tv, refrigerator, counter top, and working desk. The restroom has a standing shower with double shower heads, provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps in the built in caddy. The sink and mirror are located outside of the restroom - I loved the personal mirror that lights in when you extend it from the wall. We stayed in most of the weekend. I am happy to share this hotel is quite in the evenings. As two busy moms, we enjoyed the piece and quiet. There are no "night swims at the pool". The pool staff shuts things down around 8:30pm. FOOD: If this is your first time visit The Carib Royale Hotel, be sure to grab breakfast at the Tropicale Restaurant. Don't bother ordering from the menu. The buffet is a better deal. The food is fantastic, fresh and the buffet is clean. There is a service charge to ensure the staff here is taken care of. Additional tip is always appreciated - I tipped extra. The servers were great! My sister and I dined here twice during our visit. I heard from other guests the steakhouse is superb! The Calypso's Pool Bar & Grille is pricey, drinks are good. We ordered appetizers, DON'T ORDER the fries or Crab tostadas (both of these items lack flavor). Trip started off on the wrong foot. I had called prior to showing up about the military and veterans deals that the resort offers. I was told to show my ID at the front desk. When I did this, they denied me the percentage off, and the waiving of the daily resort fee. This place sort of scammed me. I didn't throw my hands up or make a big deal out of it, as we just went with the flow. This was my first time coming here, and it was for an event the resort was hosting. Nobody at the front desk could even give me any information about the event, and didn't even know which building the event was in. My first 20 minutes in this resort was telling, and it did not improve that much from there. The food was not that impressive at any of the restaurants other than the steakhouse, where we dropped a $500+ tab. We both regret giving the resort more of our money after they lied to us, but it was worth it. Food and service were good only there. Bison short ribs rock. All restaurants and bars include the tip/service charge when you make a purchase. A handful of employees had sour attitudes with us and other customers near us when we would not tip more than the already included 18%. Seems a little entitled by the employees. It took me over an hour to get closed out at the sports bar one night because the server got mad that I didn't tip her more than the 18% included tip and then proceeded to ignore me with a sour attitude when I asked her for a copy of the receipt. Full disclosure, I would have rather stayed at the motel 6. You couldn't pay me to come back to this place. read more

Resort themed hotel. Feels like a small resort you would see in Mexico. Staff was polite. The room was phenomenal, very modern two-room suite. The gym is amazing, like a mini-24 Hour Fitness. Parking is FREE!! There is a resort fee, but it's pretty hard to escape that in Orlando. Located in a good area, not surrounded by a ton of hotels. Would definitely come back again. read more

Horrible check in experience rooms are ready but they will not let us check in without paying 75 dollars. Even with rooms ready all they want is money. They saw my daughter and still laughed at me and said they can't do anything. Horrible service and terrible manors. Do not stay here this is a sorry excuse for a hotel. read more

The resort/conference center is very nice. The rooms are clean. The meeting spaces are large. There's something here for every family member. Arcade rooms, pool tables, outdoor pools (one for the kids) and outdoor bar, PLENTY of outdoor patio seating too. There are lots of places to eat within the property. There's even a Starbucks in the lobby! If you want to go to a theme park there's a shuttle bus available. There's a rum bar that serves great drinks and delicious tapas. If you need a place to stay in Orlando, check them out. read more

I stayed at the Caribe Royale for a 3 day conference. All of the staff I encountered were very kind. I even "lost" my kindle at the pool, called the lost and found department, and it was delivered to my room. The food at the conference was some of the best I've had for conferences. I was surprised to see they had poke as an option for lunch one of the days! My only comment is that it would be nice to have more vegan/veg options. Also, some of the rooms were so large, that we didn't realize there were different offerings in some of the other spaces. One of my vegetarian colleagues only ate green beans the first night. The beds were comfortable, and the suite was an OK size for 2, would be cramped for any more than 2 in my opinion. The pool was lovely, and the staff were so kind and kept stopping by to ask if I needed a towel or a covering. I had a wonderful time at the Caribe and look forward to returning for future conferences! read more

This is my favorite resort. I've stayed there 4-5 times now and even when friends come by they are always blown away at the ambiance, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The food is good. It's close to universal studios. 40 minutes from many springs and hidden palms ranch. I will be back. May even rent a villa next time. read more

Second time staying here in the last two years. Not sure I'll be back. .Both times I had difficulty checking in. Last year they didn't have my reservation and this year I booked and called to modify my stay by adding a couple days to the reservation. When I arrived they had me as a no-show and departing on the wrong day. Luckily, both times, they had availability and were able to accommodate me. During this second stay, I also had trouble with my key cards not working. I attribute this to the mix up during check in but I had to get new keys (which I was told to keep away from my phone, as if I didn't already know this), and of course meant, it was my fault they kept deactivating. One of the days, I was in a rush because I had a conference call that I needed to take in a quiet setting. My room key wasn't working, I appealed to housekeeping who took a picture of my license with their phone, then told me I had to wait for security. Sat in the foyer for the first ten minutes of my call while waiting for security. Speaking of housekeeping, was woken up at 9 am by housekeeping's loud conversation outside my door. In all, an average and frustrating stay. They've earned their three star rating. read more

Our staycation here was amazing. I cannot say enough about this resort. The staff makes you feel like family everyone so nice they take that extra step to make your stay super nice. Definitely recommend this place and the food on site is so good. They have so many restaurant and dining options so many amenities and things to do at this resort. read more
