This burger was soooo delicious ! I would come back many times just for this. The New Yorker was perfect! Those caramelized onions were such a sweet perfect touch. Came here for a birthday and hung out at the pool with friends and had a great time. We saw a dog show and service was great!

I absolutely love Melia as you all know. If there monthly rates weren't so high I'd want to live here instead of where I live now in celebration lol! I came here for their salsa night that started with a free salsa class and I had such an amazing time! It was my first time in their upstairs party room and I was impressed! Staff is always so friendly. Another success at Melia!!

Pool area was nice and quiet.

It's just ok. The outside is nice and the pool area is amazing. The rooms...not so much. For sure the meet basic needs. But if you're looking for frills or luxury, this isn't the place to be. It's outdated but clean. Staff is friendly.

We stayed at Meliá Celebration from 04/11/25 to 04/18/25, choosing this hotel because it's close to Disney World and the Celebration area is lovely. The photos on their website look very nice, but the reality is different. The hotel has one good feature: the parking is free. The food at the restaurant is disgusting. On the first day, we had lunch and ordered a pizza and a salad bowl. The pizza was so salty we couldn't finish it, and the salad was inedibly spicy. I had to return it. I gave one star because they gave us a room at 6:00 AM upon arrival without extra charge, but the experience wasn't good. The room's furniture was old, the safe didn't work, and the dresser was completely broken. I pinched my hand while opening one drawer, and the phone didn't work. I had to go back to the front desk to ask them to fix the problems. I spoke with Mrs. Mery. She wasn't happy with my complaints and said she couldn't change my room but would send someone to fix the issues, asking me to wait the whole afternoon, which was unbelievable. After an hour, they sent someone to supposedly fix the safe, but unfortunately, it still didn't work. The person said the dresser was so old it couldn't be fixed and needed replacing, which they didn't do. Eventually, I went back to the front desk. After waiting 30 minutes, a nice lady showed up, explained the inconveniences, and immediately changed my room. Although everything worked in the new room, the dresser was still very old and unusable. The cleaning was inadequate--they just made the beds without changing the sheets or vacuuming. I could see dirt in the fan, like half an inch thick. Not recommendable. The hotel is in a good location but poorly maintained. For $2,150, it's not worth it.

I bought a day pass on Resort Pass for $25 to use the pool and ofc I wanted food too. The check in was a bit difficult, the front desk male had a shady attitude and wasn't clear when addressing certain things. I understand working front desk can be extremely hard (I know, It's my job too) however if he had just taken a chance to breath and read the info that was handed to him our check in would've taken less than 5 mins as opposed to 10 mins. Once we got in, it was happiness all around. I ordered a burger and fries. A pitcher of water and got myself ready to being either tanned or roasted! My friend enjoyed her time too. As soon as I got in the pool, I too, was exercising with the aquatic trainer. Then an hour later there was a DJ & he was turning up! I loved his jams and then this lady comes up to us and says "Hey darlings... there's free mimosas! You better get you some!! They're good, I had 6" & she was definitely a hoot! Loved her energy and everyone around us. We stayed for 4 hrs and went home. I definitely will be back.

We went there for the pizza. It was freshly handmade. The atmosphere was good and relaxing . . The oysters were clean and fresh. I would recommend it for a date.

Goodies in our suite upon arrival.

This is a good looking hotel with comfortable beds, decent service, free parking, close to Disney and the I4. We stayed for two nights over a weekend in the summer. The place felt reasonably crowded, but the staff worked to keep things moving. We had a one bedroom suite. It came with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was a good size and more than enough for the four of my family (two adults, two young kids). The bathroom was big, although the tub was rather shallow, and the water pressure in the separate shower was the worst I've experienced in the US (the water pressure in the tub and the sinks was actually good, so I don't know why the shower had such poor pressure). The kitchenette was complete, and I appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave when traveling with kids. Randomly, there were only three bath towels provided, despite the reservation being for four people. Also, they only put two pillows per bed, and the closet does not have enough pillows/sheets to make up the sofa bed (just one pillow, a single sheet, and a ratty blanket). It took about an hour for housekeeping to send over an extra sheet and pillow. Everything felt pretty clean. There was no housekeeping during our short stay, but that was fine. There was a snafu when I checked in. They gave me the kids to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully the occupants didn't hear me open the door and gasp before quickly exiting (we're in Florida, you never know who'll be on the other side), and the matter was quickly resolved, but after a long day, I really didn't want to have to deal with this mistake while pushing a stroller and lugging heavy bags. There is a restaurant on site. It is decent. There is also a full bar (we got a couple free beers upon check in), and free snacks in the lobby periodically. Room service is available, which uses the same menu as the restaurant. The pool is a decent size, and the kids absolutely loved it. Parking is ample and free.

If you want the cherry on top type of hotel when it comes to your vacation this is it!! This hotel checked all the boxes from getting there it is super easy to find in what it has to be the most beautiful town of Celebration. The lobby is brand new with great easy to deal with staff. Right past it is the Wilson the food in this place is some of the best I had. Then there is the pool, OMG!! The atmosphere screams relax. In the center of the hotel there is this circular pool with water basketball for the kids some water volleyball and a little output in what it looks like an island. The staff have events always going with either life bands or DJ at nights. Order drinks and food right to you makes it great aster along park day. Speaking of park this are right next to Disney. The rooms were very clean with lots of space. The beds are super comfortable and pillows I wish I took one . Everything is this place left us super happy. Staff, location, cleanliness, and just the feeling you get here it is what a vacation is all about!!

Since it's a smaller hotel, the breakfast area never felt crowded, and there wasn't nearly as much noise as you usually find in other hotels from the same chain -- which is definitely something worth highlighting. The breakfast selection is a bit more limited, given the size of the property and the number of guests, but everything was fresh and well-prepared, with good quality overall. The location is excellent -- very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it ideal for families or anyone looking for convenience. If I had to mention a couple of drawbacks, the space between the door and the frame in our room (#337) allowed in more light than the actual window -- the hallway light illuminated the room all night long, as if the TV had been left on. Also, the shower could use a bit more water pressure. Despite those small issues, I would definitely consider staying here again for the comfort, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

Now we found this on hotels.com and had a 9+ rating and decent reviews. So we went with it for one night only. Got to the first floor room and inspected the room like we usually do for bugs and any security issues. All was "well" and we went to bed. Around three in the morning, my wife wakes me up that something bit her. She caught the bedbug and squashed it on a napkin full of her blood. As I got up, we saw one, alive, crawling in the direction where I was sleeping. We freak out. Go to the front desk several times to talk to Kevin and they can't do "anything" until maintenance came in the morning at 8am. We decided to leave and in the parking lot we went through all of our clothes, put them in garbage bags, threw away our luggage, and went to wash our clothes and dry them several times in high heat in order to kill anything that may be alive. Up now 48 hours doing laundry at 4am and my wife suffering from bites on her arm. Hotel.com tried to advocate to get a full refund and we were decline by the property manager to give us our money back after such a horrible night and lost of property. This is not a post from several years, months or weeks ago - this happened this past Saturday into Sunday morning, April 20-21, 2024. We were out of a room in Florida, out of luggage, out of rest, out of of $187, and bites she is still suffering with - vacation ruined.

We booked through Chase's The Edit, which was supposed to include breakfast for two each day, property credit, and a room upgrade if available. After our first breakfast, we were charged the full amount with no credit applied. I had to explain the benefit at checkout, and the person helping me initially did not seem willing to remove the charge. She eventually went into the back to ask someone else before it was corrected. I also asked about the room upgrade at check-in and felt like the question was brushed aside. I understand upgrades are not guaranteed, but the person checking in next to me was offered an upgraded room for an additional charge. That made it seem like upgraded rooms were available, just not for the benefit that came with our reservation. The room looked good at first, but there were several things that felt poorly maintained. The bathroom had nice fixtures and great water pressure, but the drain control was broken and came apart, the toilet felt unstable, and part of the wall looked like it had been quickly patched. Breakfast service was not great either. The server brought drinks at the beginning, dropped off the check early, and then never came back to offer refills. We also asked for bed rails for our young child and were surprised that the hotel did not have any, especially for a hotel that gets so many Disney families. The morning shuttle to the park was late. The bus was already sitting outside, but the driver arrived late, so everyone had to wait. The bell and valet staff outside also felt overly aggressive. It made arriving and leaving feel more pressured than welcoming. There were some good parts. The Japanese restaurant upstairs was excellent, and the person working at the coffee shop downstairs was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was attractive, but there were too many service and maintenance issues for a property at this price and brand level. It was not a terrible stay, but it did not feel like a luxury experience either. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

I chose to self-park while there and the garage is a little bit of a walk from the entry. Upon entering it's beautiful to see the waterfall straight ahead, with beautiful marble and fixtures throughout. Checking in was easy and great. I was fortunate to get there before the large crowds, as when I walked in, there were plenty of staff available to check me in and there were no guests. About an hour later I walked through there and there were about 100 people in line waiting to check-in. The lady who checked me in was perfect! Friendly, professional, recognized my status, and gave me good info about the property, while promptly checking me in. Once I got to my room I was immediately satisfied with the décor and cleanliness. It's common that the Marriott properties I stay in have moldy caulking in the shower area, nasty, stained carpeting, and furniture that's stained, broken, dirty, and unappealing - But not here! This room was very nicely set up and maintained too. The bed was comfy and they also offered Pluto as one of their internet TV/streaming services - This has been very important to me over the past couple of years, I'm so used to it that I hate properties that don't offer it. The property itself was great. Service by all the staff was great. The entire place was well-maintained and you never have to leave or go outside; in fact, we didn't leave for the first day and a half! One is to bring a beach volleyball or some sort of ball for the pool. They have basketball hoops, and there are so many kids that bring balls that if you have a child that likes sports and doesn't have a ball, they will be pretty disappointed. The resort does not supply balls, but you can buy one for $17. Whereas if you go to Walmart, they are $10 so just bring a ball with you. My older son loved the Flow Rider. You can sign up 24 hours ahead of time online to guarantee you a spot. There is a table that you can sign up day of, but spots do you get filled up because there are only six kids allowed in each group per session so that's a total of 12 people. We were able to snag a same-day spot of 10 AM and then he loved it so much we went back for a 12 PM spot. The earlier you are there, the fewer kids that are signed up, so you get more turns if you sign up for an earlier spot. As long as you get to the pool early enough, you do not have to pay for seating. I love that there is an umbrella above most chairs. On Friday we got to the pool at about 2 PM and there were tons of seats. On Saturday we got there about 10:30 AM and there were enough seats that we were able to find one under an umbrella, but about 15 minutes later I saw families struggling to find shaded seats. On Sunday at about 9:30 am there were a moderate amount of seats open that were shaded, but by about 10 AM people were struggling. So if you're planning to get there around 11, maybe noon, you might want to go ahead and reserve seating. If there is a light show, it is worth getting a room on a higher floor in the main atrium. They had the blooming light show and my kids actually really enjoyed it. It is at 9 PM so that was a little late for my young ones, but we were able to sit on the balcony and watch it. I realized if we had a lower room we wouldn't have been able to see it as well, so ninth floor main atrium is definitely the way to go. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, I remember last time thinking they were a bit outdated, but they went through a full renovation, January 2025 and now they were absolutely gorgeous. I loved our room and I love the decor. We also ate at old Hickory steakhouse so I will leave my review there and I checked out the spa so I'll leave my review there. The kids love the arcade, and there are quite a few trinkets that they could win. It was a great after dinner activity. I love all the flowers they plant during the spring, they are beautiful backdrops for pictures. I highly recommend checking out all of the flowers. I was surprised that there were so few cars in the parking garage, I love that I could keep the car shaded, in the parking garage is on the side of the hotel that has the big ship, so if you're planning to go to your car a lot, it's worth getting a room closer to that side. Everyone we interacted with was so nice and we had the best stay here.

We arrived around 7pm and I went to check in while hubs parked the car. I was greeted as I approached the door, with a staff member holding the door open and guiding me where to check in. As I approached the desk, I was greeted and offered assistance. The check in was quick but I was kind of disappointed with the lack of upgrade options. Also, the welcome amenity I received was a box of chocolates with the box already damaged (see picture). I would think a hotel of this caliber would not give that to guests. We did receive a very thoughtful card and to drink vouchers to celebrate our anniversary, which was very nice! The individual who checked me in informed me our room had the Disney view and there would be fireworks, which we did not see. We are not Disney fans so we really did not prefer one view over another. The room was very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. I was disappointed with the slippers supplied though. They were not branded and looked like they were purchased at a discount kind of store. The air conditioning was decent but I do feel like it should have been colder. The room was quiet and so were the hallways. I had clients the next day so that was especially important. One of the Amex benefits is a 4pm check out. Since my work heavily involves HIPAA, I cannot do my job with other people present. My husband left and we had the privacy button/ light on so I would not be interrupted by housekeeping. I am unsure if the light turned off at regular checkout time (11am) and I did not think to double check but housekeeping knocked on my door and then opened it while I was working. I was under the impression that housekeeping would have a list of guests who are checking out late and not disrupt. I also did not put the security latch on after hubs left but I did not expect to be disturbed. The service at the restaurants and bars were magnificent. I unfortunately did not have time to book services at the spa but stopped in prior to leaving and they were very helpful and professional. This was my first experience at a Waldorf and probably not the best choice since there were as many kids as there were adults.

However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

This hotel seems to be recently bought out by Marriott due to all of the amenities and upgrades in…read morethe lobby in comparison to the actual rooms. I stayed in the tower and I would highly recommend that they ALSO upgrade the guest rooms. You can tell by the bathtub and the sink that it's very old and some of the wall and crown molding is just kind of painted over -- the bathroom for the queen beds was super small to the point where I couldn't get out of bathtub or comfortably use the bathroom without closing the door. What I really wished was better is the linen and towels. Nothing about it screamed premium or new and I found someone else's hair on one of the towels while my sheets had what looked like coffee stains on the corner. My experience overall was really good. I have no complaints regarding service. I appreciate that they provide free water. The team was very welcoming and friendly, even check in was seamless. Again because it is a truly old facility they had some serious plumbing issues that they were resolving while I was staying here. I do appreciate that they stuck to the timeframe that they slated to fix the issue and that they communicated well. It was a quiet hotel. I couldn't hear any of the other people and they have multiple lounging areas with a gym and a cafe, i'm not sure if the Delta pantry was included or extra, but it seems to have the essential breakfast items! Lastly, I would say the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Parking is available for a fee per night. I am unsure if they had security on site.

I actually was close to asking what scent they were using so that I could do the same in my house. Haha. The check in process was smooth and easy and the staff was friendly. Up to this point, everything was looking amazing. Sadly.... The room did not match that same level of care. As soon as we walked into the building of the rooms, we were hit with one of those moldy smells. It was bad. But not as bad as the smell in the room itself. That mold smell was twice as strong in the room. Even if we could get past that, we couldn't get past numerous other flaws in the room: - trash left behind from previous guest / room not fully clean - the bathroom mirror show signs of damage and an attempt to fix with tape was made - the bathroom sink had a very slow moving drain - just the walls and paint job were not well done. (Paint all over one of the light switch, etc..) Overall, not the cleanest or well maintained hotels. We booked 4 nights, but decided to check out right away and found a different hotel. I was, however, impressed with the front desk manager that I reported all this to. Yamaira was her name, and she was very hospitable and understanding and tried to help us the best she could. I appreciated that a lot. However, it wasn't enough for us to decide to stay here. They need some upgrades done to their rooms. That would be the only way I'd visit here again.
