A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. The use of organic cleaning materials was important to us and he did not disappoint. He showed up promptly with his team at the appointed day and time and they went right to work. One of the partners came out to the house to give me a quote which was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received. He was professional, compassionate, and courteous and even gave me helpful advice on how to save some money on completing the clean up. Once for a deep cleaning where they scrubbed our custom kitchen cabinets so intensely, they no longer have a finish on them. 2nd visit, our free standing tub (brand new, never used) was cleaned with chemicals so strong it was scoured - that was a $1,000 repair and it's still not right. Even more disappointing was that I did as requested, left out any cleaning supplies that I preferred to be used along with a note about the tub. 3rd and final visit - coffee pot spilled onto my stove top, also brand new! Geek Squad came out to assess the stove, when I was told, "we do a lot of repair work for Victor." Victor is the owner...that was the final nail in the coffin. While they did send someone to look at the stove which now had electrical issues, I was disappointed that no one from the cleaning company had brought this to my attention, I found out when I went to put dinner in the oven. it is disappointing for these issues to occur and then to not be made aware of them. They seem to try to get away with whatever they can. While I looked past a handful of small items (dinged walls, blinds cleaned so aggressively the moulding is beat up and pretty much every window casing, carpet corners frayed from vacuums) there seems to be little to no care in their service.
