I appreciate the "in route" texts I get from this service when they are on their way to my house. We have three cats and one large dog, so pet hair is a really big challenge. Laura and her team somehow manage to clean so thoroughly, that when they're finished, it looks and smells like we are a pet-free home. It also doesn't hurt that Laura is a warm, caring, animal-loving human being. I have cleaned for hours and for some reason, it just never looks as clean as the job they do. They have also cleaned our oven and fridge in the past, and the results were beautiful. You won't find a more hard-working team. I've recommended them to all my family and friends.

So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. None of the shelves throughout my home were dusted. If I'm paying for a deep clean, why should I have to point out obvious dirt throughout my home. Clean EVERYTHING (which in this case includes surfaces and baseboards). When they came back to clean the baseboards in my bedroom, they literally did so without vacuuming the floor and just wiped across the board with a rag. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. With TopClean, everything runs on rails / is automatically coordinated using their online scheduling portal, and I love that I can have things booked at the same time every month without manually going to do it myself every time. Even though we don't always have the same staff members come clean, every person they've had visit our home has done a great job and always respects our request to wear a mask (they're usually already masked upon arrival so I don't even need to ask). They might not be the cheapest, but you're definitely getting your money's worth every time.
