After reaching out regarding an open position, she quickly secured an interview for me with the family. Once I was offered the job and accepted, Nicola was quick to send out the contract and other final details securing the position. Thank you, Nicola! Everywhere, on her website, in the contract itself she says the placement fee is 10% or a minimum fee. Her minimum fee is $6000, we felt blindsided. she buried it in one line in an attachment. Not during our entire exchanges, not on the website, and not even in the actual contract itself. There are enough other businesses you shouldn't have to play games of find the On reflection what I didn't like what she did/didn't do for that price point. 1-only communicated in text or email. Didn't even talk on the phone despite my calling.. 2-Didn't inspect the home. For that price point she should do that. 3-The big one is there was no network, just posted our application on indeed. That was a what the moment for me. In another review complaining about the same thing she replies saying they use multiple resources- I never saw any evidence. And my nanny applied through the indeed posting. 4- Since then I learned there are actual nanny agencies that do payroll and insure Nannie's in house (Jovie). They don't even do that- just refer to a third party and aren't even involved in the setup.

She is exceptional at…read morewhat she does and if you're looking for a seamless nanny search process to find a well-qualified "best in class" nanny, A Nanny for U is really the only option in town. Her process to interview and find qualified nannies that are the right fit for you family shows in the quality of candidates she puts forward. I'm honestly so shocked to read a couple of the other reviews that seem almost planted by competitors or something - she's so good! She just sourced another nanny for us after our first nanny is moving on to start her own family and a real estate career. The bond she formed with our son has been truly special - and we would have never found her if it were not for Rebecca. We've also used A Nanny for U for temp nannies when our permanent nanny is out sick or on vacation. She has sent us incredible care professionals - most that are students going to nursing school or have child care or early education backgrounds. INCREDIBLE. Her process is very direct which i appreciate - she asks our family a bunch of questions about our lives, what are dealbreakers, what are musts -- all professionally and i think that process helps her find the right fit for our family. Her team helps with reference and background checks and all the leg work that honestly as a full-time professional i don't have time to do myself. I've had friends that have tried to cut corners and go through Facebook Nanny pages or Care.com (ew) and have had truly awful experiences and have gone through multiple nannies and daycare situations. Additionally, Rebecca and her team have always been available to me over the past 2 years to answer questions on raises and bonuses, benefits, and contracts. They were prompt and always professional -- i never felt that as soon as they got their placement fee they weren't there for me as a client. They truly care about the families they serve. Yes - it is expensive. It's worth every penny - this is a company that is sourcing someone to care for your CHILD. Make the investment and hire A Nanny For U - as a mother, it was one of the best choices I've made for our family.

Unprofessional and Inappropriate Customer Service - Avoid This Company…read more I recently moved to the area and was looking for reliable childcare, so I called this company to learn more about their services. Since I had never heard of them before, I asked basic questions--do they match families with nannies? Do they facilitate interviews? Do they have a database of caregivers? Instead of receiving helpful information, I was met with an unprofessional and downright inappropriate response. Rebecca, the person I spoke with, questioned whether I was soliciting--a completely absurd and offensive assumption. I was simply a parent seeking childcare, and her comment made me feel as though I was asking for something inappropriate. It was not only disrespectful but also incredibly unprofessional. If this is the level of communication they provide to potential clients, I would never trust them to handle something as important as finding care for my children. Rebecca is clearly in the wrong line of work if she lacks the basic customer service skills to handle simple inquiries. For any parents looking for a trustworthy, professional nanny service, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A business that treats families this way is not one you want to rely on for childcare.

From our very first conversation, Kelly, the founder of Evergreen Nannies, was professional, thoughtful, and truly understood how important this decision was for our family. She took the time to learn what we were looking for, especially our desire for someone who could commit long-term to provide consistent, stable care. Kelly handled the entire process seamlessly, coordinating interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and helping us create a contract that felt fair and comfortable for everyone involved. She made us feel fully supported and heard every step of the way.  We met with several nannies on our own during the process, but ultimately, the nanny that Kelly matched us with (Nanny Dawn) felt like the strongest and most natural fit for our family. Dawn has been wonderful and quickly became like a member of the family. She is warm, dependable, fun, and such a loving, steady presence in our daughter's life. As an added bonus, she even lives within walking distance from our home! We're so grateful for Kelly's guidance and expert nanny-matching skills and would highly recommend her nanny agency to any parents out there searching for high-quality, supportive childcare for their little ones.

I felt overwhelmed managing meetings with candidates and figuring out what to ask. I even spent a lot of time researching how to hire a nanny on Reddit forums. It was a struggle to find someone with the experience and initiative we were looking for. With our family growing from one baby to two, and the reality of two under two on the horizon, we really wanted someone who could become a long-term part of our lives. Having Evergreen's support with sourcing candidates and checking references made the process much easier and gave us real confidence in our decision. The communication throughout was thoughtful and consistent, and the guidance around setting up our nanny agreement and contract helped us start the relationship with clarity and trust. Now we can honestly say we love our nanny. In a short time, she has become such an important part of our family team. She takes initiative, communicates thoughtfully about how the day went, and is simply a delight to work with. What matters most to us is the joy she takes in caring for our baby. You can truly feel how much she cares, and that has meant everything to our family.
