I was expecting that all items would be out of the house when Natalin came to do the cleaning, but we still had quite a few things in the house at the initial arranged time. Natalin cleaned the master bath tub and offered to come back later so we didn't feel rushed, which was something we were very grateful for. I returned to the house the next morning to get final few items out of main house and into garage. I was expecting that Natalin would be at the house working, but I found the house empty with all lights on and only one room swept and mopped. I was hoping that the cleaning would be completed that next day, but, due to some transportation issues, that did not happen. Natalin returned to the house the following evening with her spouse, who I understand was there to assist with the cleaning. I had to leave the house to run an errand and received a text sometime later that they had completed the cleaning. I was not there to inspect, but went ahead and sent payment. When I returned to the house, I found that no other room appeared to have been mopped, though they had been swept, and there were definitely cleaning tasks that had been discussed that were not completed. When I texted Natalin to inquire about this, I received no response. I will take some of the fault for the house not being empty as expected at the originally arranged time, but I am not sure that I would repeat this service transaction given the end result. Our experience was a colossal disappointment marked by shoddy product quality and god-awful customer service. We expected professional products, but what we received from Cabinet Depot was far from it. This company tried to get away with delivering me some lazy, quickly thrown-together wood they call cabinets. The cabinets were assembled with shocking carelessness. Seriously, like they didn't give a single f. Our "finished" cabinets arrived with visible, unprofessional lines drawn in permanent marker; not a single cabinet drawer lined up correctly, NOT A SINGLE ONE. We received a glass door that was never ordered, and the countertops completely ignored our specific tapering requests. The drawers were literally falling apart because there was nothing holding them together! Because they don't use wood glue, they said. Beyond the abysmal product quality, Cabinet Depot's customer service was equally infuriating. Our repeated attempts to reach them for resolution were met with a complete lack of urgency and responsiveness. It was only after we sent a stern email, explicitly threatening to file a formal complaint and dispute the charge with American Express, that we finally received any attention. (I feel sorry for those who pay cash to these people.) Even then, the resolution was incomplete. While they did address approximately 70% of the issues, the remaining problems were left for us to deal with and fix ourselves. To add insult to injury, when our contractor attempted to return unused molding--which we were verbally told would be refunded--he was met with a refusal, claiming it was "banged up," despite us never having used it. They worked hard all day wrapping and loading furniture, into the evening unloading and uncovering my furniture and put everything where I wanted it. The crew leader then claimed they were not scheduled to start until 10:00 AM, contradicting what I was told when booking. The crew was inefficient throughout the move. They handled furniture carelessly during disassembly and even asked us for tools because they lacked the necessary equipment. They also arrived late to the storage unit and claimed they got lost, causing further delays that made it seem as though time and charges were being unnecessarily extended. I raised these concerns with Rico, the owner. Although he adjusted the bill, I later learned through my husband that his employees were listening to our private conversation on speaker while they were on mute, which I found highly unprofessional. The crew leader also gave Rico inaccurate information, claiming he arrived earlier than he actually did and that they had trouble accessing the apartment complex. My daughter and son were present and know neither claim was true. Overall, there were too many inconsistencies, excuses, and instances of dishonesty. A simple one-bedroom move should not have taken as long as it did, especially compared to larger moves our family has completed. I chose this company based on its reviews, but my experience was awful. Due to the poor professionalism, communication, efficiency, and respect for the customer's time and money, I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.
