I was able to pick our venue, my dress, the bridesmaids and the colours but after that the stress was insurmountable for anything and everything else. It was only then I knew the stresses that came with planning a wedding, the finer and forgettable details and decisions that only those who ever had a wedding could ever know. And also those who plan weddings professionally and that was what I needed and that why having Jennifer as our wedding planner was the best decision we will always remember making. She made the impossible (having the most incredible wedding ever) possible. Agreeing to a theme wedding with my husband, I did not have to worry that it would be distracting or lend itself to be a corny or circus-like. It was actually elegant, classy and gorgeous in every way because of the collaborated vision from Jennifer and ourselves. She collaborated with us, recognized our style, and understood our needs and made it happen. She was an email or phone call away, always getting back to us quickly. I bought 2 passes at a discounted rate to be used at an event I chose. Well I choose the event over a month ago yet my redemption codes do not work. I have tried for a month to get this resolved but no one will email or call me back to fix this. I have my receipt buying the 2 passes but are useless until someone talks to me. Also my event is now sold out which makes me even madder. So I've been essentially robbed of my $70 pass fee as I can't use them. They expire in 3 months. I also have the 14 emails I have sent this company. My last resort was to hope they see this review and care enough to get ahold of me. Carrie

Our instructor was up beat and very encouraging. He went through the steps a little quickly but had a few assistants there to help out if need be. Whether you needed more paint or some advice they quickly were at your service. My only advice is that depending on where you're located in the room it can be difficult to see what's going on. I had to sneak a peek at others work to make sure I was doing okay! Lol... It was awesome to see everyone's masterpieces at the end! Overall my PN experience was fun!

I've found the staff to be very helpful here, if a bit overwhelmed. They're always really busy on weekends, so I try only to go on a weekday if I can help it. That way, I get full staff attention. I love that they have a table-making station where you can pair table linens with placemats, candle holders, and other festive decorations, and about a dozen or so tables are all dressed up for inspiration. For most items, you can rent the day before and return the day after, and almost anything about your order can be changed up until 48 hours before the event. That's very helpful for a bride with changing guest numbers!

I decided to try it because they have a great website and it seemed like they would do a lot with the kids - and I am happy to share that it was our best birthday party so far! I am sure all the kids will remember it forever. My daughter turned 6 and wanted the Little Mermaid. She came on time and was in character from the second she stepped through the door to the moment she left. The activities were fun and engaged all the kids for her entire 90 minute stay. Plus she could sing! Like, really well! The cost was worth every moment. The kids got mini makeovers, face paint, nail polish, they coloured pictures, did a craft, played a fun game (with a prize for everyone), had a dance party, princess lessons, a coronation party, sang songs, read a book, took pictures and Ariel even stayed to sing Happy Birthday. We also paid an extra $15 for 10 treat bags (which I couldn't have put together for so cheap) and they were filled with good stuff! I would use enchanted princess parties again and I would recommend them to everyone! The quality of the costume and makeup was better than I expected and I was constantly impressed with how "in character" our princess was. And how well she knew her role!! It was fabulous. Oh, and I didn't have to do anything to help out either, the princess and her helper did it all!! Thank you enchanted princess parties!
