The ambiance was magical with colorful umbrellas in the outside plus the inside is beautiful The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. And oh, the menu! So many food options, but we couldn't resist to get some coffee , hot chocolate , and refreshing mocktail

Broccoli and bacon baked potato

Cute little cafe with a lot of potential. The food was disappointing. Service was slow. There were three of us and the food all came out at different times. Menu was out of date and waitress waited until we ordered to let us know the prices would be higher. Plus there was a local service fee we were not told about in advance.

Grilled cheese sandwich

First time trying this restaurant. We were a party of 3 for lunch. The good: decorated really cute, and really good air conditioning. The bad: after ordering, our server told us that the menus were out of date and the prices had gone up. She was unable to tell us which items had gone up and by how much. I ordered a grilled cheese and my companions ordered a baked potato and a pita pizza. We all ordered specialty teas. Within 5 minutes all drinks were delivered, along with our friend's baked potato. We thought the rest of the food would be coming shortly, but no. After 15 minutes of staring at my friend's potato, my grilled cheese came out, then a server tried to bring us meals which were not ours. After 5 more minutes, the pizza was delivered. Now the baked potato is beyond cold and I really don't know why they delivered it with the drinks, as if it were an appetizer. I really didn't think anyone could get a grilled cheese wrong but this place did. A slice of semi-melted American cheese on a huge soft bun. Grilled cheese on a bun! To make it worse the bun was doughy and yeasty tasting. The hibiscus tea I ordered was so sweet my teeth hurt. I had to ask for a cup of ice to water it down. When we were ready to pay, the server came over with her little machine and started telling us the total. I said that I needed to see an itemized receipt as she had told us that the prices had gone up. The receipt included a service charge of 5% (that wasn't on the menu and that I wouldn't have known about if I had not asked for an itemized receipt. When questioned the server said it was a downtown fee and that all the restaurants downtown charge it. We ate downtown last week and there was no such fee. In summary, it was disappointing food, confusing prices and poor service. I would not recommend

Spaniard Hot Chocolate...YUM!
Vannessa W.

I recently visited Carinos Cafe and had a good experience overall -- the staff was friendly and attentive, the prices were reasonable, the decor was super cute, and the Spaniard Hot Chocolate is delectable!

The worst customer service I've experienced in some time. Out of the six servers only one could communicate with us. He was the only one that spoke English. After our food was served no one came to check in with us. I called out for one of them to come over because we needed napkins. Before he came over he turned back to see if someone else could help us. When he saw that there was no one, he came to help. That was it. For the rest of our stay no one else came over to ask if we needed anything or how was everything. Nothing! On the brighter side, the food was tasty and the latte was delicious. It's a great place to sit and chill over coffee or one of their many alcoholic beverages. The ascetics are beautiful. It's a great place to capture pictures for Yelp or The Gram.

Factura con los precios sorpresa! $1 más por cada café !
Jailene B.

French toast sticks

I always like to start off with the good. The cafe was really pretty and decorated nicely. I loved the vibes and the Puerto Rico feeling. The frappe was also really good! Now to start off with the food, I only liked the toast. Me and my husband were not fans of the food at all. The eggs texture was really soft and felt weird to us. The French toast sticks tasted like the ones we buy at the freezer section at Walmart for our kids. The bacon tasted ok , tater tots were fine but also tasted as if we could just toss them in our air fryer. The prices weren't all that great. The service was definitely mid, they took forever to come to the table for our order when the cafe was empty and they didn't even really check back on us. Wouldn't be coming back

Large latte

Despite the bad reviews, I'm actually leaving a good review considering the food I purchased. I had a large hot latte and my hubby had a large cappuccino and they were honestly pretty good. As a coffee lover, I cannot complain. My hubby also had a breakfast croissant with egg, cheese and bacon and it was actually good as well. The ambience of the place is nice. They have outside seating which makes you feel a little bit like if you were in San Juan, PR and inside, it's more of a vintage look with good music playing: Frank Sinatra. Overall, good place to have coffee and croissant.

We rode our bikes there to see the area and have some coffee. The service was very good and the server super attentive. We will be back to try the food!

Balcony view of Cariños!!

This local spot has too much local competition. With this said. Cariños it's trying to be on its own beat. Making things their way. It's refreshing. Still room for growth it's definitely present. We came in on a Saturday night, while the other local spots were surplus, Cariños was decently occupied. Live music and singing show. This was the highlight of the night. The reason I just bumped this review from one to two stars. Ordered drinks. The food does not look appealing or appetizing. But they had so many options on the menu. Would love to see more items before ordering. Maybe a photo session of all your dishes? Either who. The prices are in high class of their own as well. Imported Bottle beer running 6$. On the high end. Cuba libre was made nicely. Can't knock it out until I see more. I hope the owners or management can take the constructive criticism and use it toward their own benefit. There is so much potential in this location. Jan C.

In the heart of Downtown Kissimmee, this place opened up about 2 months ago, and I love it! The customer service is great; everyone is super friendly, especially Joyce, which is very knowledgeable about the place. Whether you're in the mood for coffee, boba tea, a quick bite, dessert, or for breakfast, sit down & relax inside or in their outdoor patio; this is the place to go. OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!! Live Music Fridays & Saturdays after 6 pm. Sundays they will start playing music from 2 pm to 5 pm. Check their Instagram for select dates. New personal favorite!

Amazing Cafe'! Great service, delicious food!! Makes me feel like I'm in Old San Juan. They have live music throughout the week! Great place to getaway without going far. I will be returning and bringing family and friends!

Guacamole toast and cappuccino.
Susan C.

I was a little sus but it turned into a happy surprise. We wandered in the umbrella alley and grabbed a table. The cappuccino and avocado toast were so good. The waitress was very nice and we will definitely come back.

I loved the decor, clean and simple lines with tasteful design. I loved the service, and our waiter, Lenny, was so kind. He was very polite and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious and authentic. It was also very filling! I loved the sampling of both savory and sweet crepes I experienced but we needed 3 more people to eat it all! Manager Lea was equally wonderful... food was incredible: we ordered from the prix fixe menu-- everything was delicious! Dessert was also incredible: mouth watering bananas with caramel, whipped cream ( Chantilly?) and vanilla ice cream. The one with apples was also excellent. Hands-down, one of my favorite places to eat while I am at Epcot, making it very difficult for me to want to explore other places.

There's almost always a line, but it moves fairly quickly, and honestly, it's part of the experience. You can watch the bakers adding the final, intricate touches to each dessert while you wait, which is really fun to see. They do offer a small selection of croissant sandwiches and specialty beverages, but for us, it's all about the desserts. From their signature creations to seasonal offerings, everything is visually stunning and (most of the time) absolutely delicious. That said, while most items are fresh and flavorful, we have experienced a few cakes that were a bit dry and seemed over baked. It's not the norm, but worth mentioning. Anyone else experience this? Yes, it's a little pricey--but it's Disney, and you're paying for both the quality and the experience. Overall, it's still one of our favorite stops every trip and well worth it if you're in the area.

Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!
