Anyway, she was super kind and helpful, which is lovely when you have 2 feral kids being total poop heads all the time. We got a yogurt parfait, egg platters, grits and pancakes and everything came out hot and tasty. My only complaint was that the grits were not great, but my grit standards are high. Food is a solid 4. The Greek omelette was delicious, although I wish the feta cheese had been a little more melted. The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. I know I should have taken a photo of my Eggs Benedict- and I write a lot of reviews and this is the first time I am writing anything negative about this restaurant.we have been coming to Keke's for several years and we're always treated to good service and good food. My eggs Benedict were served way under cooked and raw egg whites. We mentioned it to our waitress and she suggested that they wouldn't charge us for the meal upon the manager's approval. My home fries were also over cooked and my husband shared his with me so I would have something to eat. Bottom line is the manager took off half the price on a meal that wasn't eatable and charged us 7.50 for a meal I didn't eat. We will remember that and take our business to other Keke's read more

Not much to say about this place. I was not wowed by anything. Everything was average or slightly above average. The speed of service was impressive as we had food to table pretty quick. Tip of the cap to the kitchen staff. It's definitely one of the "wake up and grab something to eat" kind of places. But not a bad experience. read more

I think this is my 4th time eating at Keke's but first at this location. We went on Sunday and the wait wasn't too long, maybe 15 minutes at around 10 am. It was delicious as always. We were too excited to eat and forgot to take pictures of everything. We got the Florida pancakes combo, fNutella stuffed French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon, an omelette and a waffle. I love that they put a ton of fruits. Also our server was awesome. I wanted a combo and she made a recommendation to make my order work. We gotta do better when it comes to door dashers uber eaters and whatever else is out there. Absolutely horrible- orders take over 45 minute to an hour. They don't seem to care either. There is no sense of urgency. I do not recommend ordering delivery services unless you want to wait hours for your food. When it does eventually come out they just throw it on the shelves and walk away when they clearly have drivers waiting. At least say the name. I never go to Keke's for fear of allergens and it's expensive. We gave it a chance today as it's been several years. The staff is great. The menu does not list any allergy markers even though the website does. I ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread. After eating I could feel in my throat that it was regular bread. Sure enough the receipt just said white bread. Thankfully I'm not deadly allergic but I wouldn't come back knowing there is no safety, no care and no markers. read more

He even came back to clarify several times. When our orders came out my salad was covered in tomatoes, chopped up into tiny pieces. Out in Kissimmee running errands, we got the morning hungries. I looked at Dennys menu online, then Yelp to realize there was a Keke's a few miles from us. We thought they were closed. Nope! Fortunately open, just not busy yet. Walk in and greeted with the biggest enthusiasm by Manny. First impressions count, and he was so peppy and positive we were already in a good mood. Skip to his table service. Amazing! He checked on our table at least 5 times during our sit. Drinks were never not full. Other customers wandering in he gave everyone the same level of service. Give him a raise. Before even the food arrived we we're so impressed. That level of service makes a business from mediocre to great! Now the food. We both ordered the combos mix and match options based on his suggestion. A win! I couldn't finish my waffle, and he took leftover pancakes home as they were huge! I ordered an orange juice. Typically you think 8 to 12 ounces. Nope, this was like 20 ounces! My bacon perfectly crispy. Breakfast done right. I've dined here before, and their menu options are great. Customize your omelet. Fresh fruit on your pastry. For the same price as competition you get so much more. Lastly, the restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms? Updated and clean.
