I think this is my 4th time eating at Keke's but first at this location. We went on Sunday and the wait wasn't too long, maybe 15 minutes at around 10 am. It was delicious as always. We were too excited to eat and forgot to take pictures of everything. We got the Florida pancakes combo, fNutella stuffed French toast with scrambled eggs and bacon, an omelette and a waffle. I love that they put a ton of fruits. Also our server was awesome. I wanted a combo and she made a recommendation to make my order work. I got a French toast combo platter that came with bacon and cheese grits. The presentation was lovely, but as soon as I started eating the cheese grits I noticed a hair. I alerted the server and his only solution was the remove the cheese grits from the table and to take it off the bill, as I stated before it was a part of a combo meal but he only took $5 off the bill after I ate half a bowl of cheese grits with disgusting HAIR in it! I was completely turned off and my appetite was ruined. I still had more than half my food left at this point. Please do not go here if you don't want hair in your food!!! We were in town on vacation and found KeKe's on Google, it had great reviews, and now we know why! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge. I ordered the pancake combo with eggs and home fries and could only finish half of the pancake, it was that big! Others in our group got stuffed French toast, waffles, and egg combos, and everything was fantastic. We were a party of 14, so understandably they couldn't seat us all together. The food took longer than expected, but our server acknowledged the delay and kindly offered us a discount, which we really appreciated. We were a party of 3 and we were seated right away on a weekday when we went. The place looks good and clean. The food tasted great. I ordered the eggs Benedict. My son ordered the waffle and my husband ordered the Keke's special with 2 french toast, bacon and eggs. The bacon and eggs was perfectly cooked. The French toast and waffles were great we didn't even had to add syrup. The eggs Benedict were delicious. And most importantly the coffee tasted good. We gotta do better when it comes to door dashers uber eaters and whatever else is out there. Absolutely horrible- orders take over 45 minute to an hour. They don't seem to care either. There is no sense of urgency. I do not recommend ordering delivery services unless you want to wait hours for your food. When it does eventually come out they just throw it on the shelves and walk away when they clearly have drivers waiting. At least say the name. Take some tips from other places who care about the drivers and learn some efficiency read more

The menu does not list any allergy markers even though the website does. I ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread. After eating I could feel in my throat that it was regular bread. Sure enough the receipt just said white bread. Thankfully I'm not deadly allergic but I wouldn't come back knowing there is no safety, no care and no markers. read more

I went to eat brunch here with my family. It was a Monday, and it was nearly empty. We all ordered, and I could tell the waiter struggled to write our orders correctly. He came back multiple times to clarify what sides we wanted or what type of modifications we wanted. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and I specifically asked for NO tomatoes. He even came back to clarify several times. When our orders came out my salad was covered in tomatoes, chopped up into tiny pieces. He took it back and fixed it, but it took some time to resolve this. When it came out, the salad was fixed, but it was still a very mid-sized salad. First impressions count, and he was so peppy and positive we were already in a good mood. Skip to his table service. Amazing! He checked on our table at least 5 times during our sit. Drinks were never not full. Other customers wandering in he gave everyone the same level of service. Give him a raise. Before even the food arrived we we're so impressed. That level of service makes a business from mediocre to great! Now the food. We both ordered the combos mix and match options based on his suggestion. A win! I couldn't finish my waffle, and he took leftover pancakes home as they were huge! I ordered an orange juice. Typically you think 8 to 12 ounces. Nope, this was like 20 ounces! My bacon perfectly crispy. Breakfast done right. I've dined here before, and their menu options are great. Customize your omelet. Fresh fruit on your pastry. For the same price as competition you get so much more. Lastly, the restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms? Updated and clean.
