Despite explaining multiple times that my title was signed by the lender releasing the lien, the check list requested the loan release letter so I was sent away. They should have taken the extra step to call a supervisor to assist with the discrepancy. I called on May 8th and the customer service representative profusely apologized for the error and removed the loan release letter from the check list as he clearly can see that I did not need the letter. Again the title was signed by the lender releasing the lien. If this happens to anyone else insist on them making a simple phone call to avoid multiple trips to Carvana. They should give me an additional $95 for dropping off my car twice. However that snafu will not deter me from using them again. Lesson learned in my part now Carvana should train there reps on site to make a simple phone call to resolve issues like this to get 5+ stars. Just for reference I sold my 2011 Subaru Legacy. Thanks for your time. MM
