I frankly found it suspicious that a business could have 300+ 5 star reviews with pictures of happy people. Was there a salesperson just out of view of the smiling faces in the pictures demanding the smiles based on some manipulation? I couldn't be sure. This is a car business, after all, it must all be lies, right? With much hesitation, but based on the referral of a co-worker, I reached out by text message to Ron. I didn't call because I felt I was less likely to be manipulated if I didn't speak to the person over the phone. I told Ron exactly the car I was looking for, the options I wanted, what I'd be putting down, and the interest rate I expected based on my credit. He responded immediately, didn't demand a phone call so he could charm me into some crazy agreement, and he found the car within a few hours at the rate I was looking for (by the time I bought the car the rate actually came down). He gave me an estimated delivery date and I agreed I'd buy the car. No lengthy discussions involved. Unfortunately, the delivery of the car from the factory to the dealership was delayed. Ron contacted me about it and gave me the option of buying the same car with a few more options and a little more expensive if I needed/wanted to have it sooner. He applied ZERO pressure to make the change. I honestly felt that he just wanted to make sure I knew that he cared about passing on the news of the delay and was making sure to offer me an alternative if I wanted one. We agreed I'd keep the original deal and wait but that I'd reach out if I decided to change my mind. I did ultimately decide to take the quicker car because I had plans to give my stepdaughter my old car and wanted to be able to do that without waiting two weeks. We made the change, the car was delivered to the dealer on the anticipated date 9/6 (Saturday), I was asked to e-sign some dealership forms on Monday and the car was delivered to my home 6:30 PM on Monday which is the time that was convenient for me. The guys who delivered the car were on time, put my plates that I transferred on the new car, and showed me the features of the car. They were nice people and the first that I had to meet in person during the whole process which is a bonus to me. I would have paid from my own pocket to avoid the hassle of going to a dealership but didn't pay more than the sticker price for my brand new car. I have hated every dealership experience throughout my life and have consistently felt extremely manipulated any time I've purchased or leased a car. NONE of that happened with Auto Lease Direct. This was a no hassle, no pressure, no lies and no manipulation experience. No hidden fees or hard-sells for warranties revealed at the last minute when you're too exhausted to battle a salesperson. Completely straightforward process from start to finish. I still can't believe there is actually this magnificent of an alternative to showing up at a dealership. I have already told many people about this experience because I feel it's almost my duty as a human being to spread the word. Like me, most people have trouble believing this unicorn walks the earth. So this lease is probably my 7th leased vehicle that I used Auto Lease Direct. This past Tuesday, Nov 18th, I called Hyundai Financial to question why my autopay didn't go through on Nov 15th. I was told that my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Lease had ended on Oct 15th. I was also told that I had to return the vehicle by Nov 25th, giving me only 8 days to get another vehicle. In a panic, I emailed Ron Chin at Auto Lease Direct, who responded back to me in less than an hour. I explained my situation and within 48 hours my new vehicle was delivered. Everything was done through email. The process was simple and extremely smooth, as usual. After Ron located the vehicle he told me that Kayla Doyle would be in touch with me to coordinate the delivery of my new 2025 Tucson. Within an hour or 2 I heard from Kayla saying that she could deliver my car the next day. She called a few times to make sure I was OK with the date and time. On the day of delivery, she texted me again with an ETA and another text to let me know she was on her way. Now that's professional communication, which you just don't get anymore. Kayla made sure that my e-contract was emailed to me this morning so I could sign it before she arrived. Once I submitted the signed contract it was automatically returned back to the office. It was all very easy to complete. When Kayla arrived she was very cordial and extremely professional. She explained concisely every form I had to sign making the whole process painless. We went outside to look over the car. Kayla took the old plates off my current Tucson and put them on the new one. I took a picture in front of the car, as we always do and Kayla drove my old Tucson away. I didn't even have to dispose of the vehicle myself. Everything during this process is done for you. I came in here to inquire about an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport and I got handed nothing but lies. 1) "only two cars in the country with the color that you want."
