When I arrived, I was told they could only perform the oil change and couldn't address the other concerns with my car. I also wasn't provided with a loaner vehicle, so I ended up wasting time waiting around just for the oil change. None of the additional issues were resolved, and now I have to make another appointment to come back. The overall customer service was disappointing. I was told my car would be washed, but I received it back dirty. The waiting area didn't even offer basic refreshments. I expected a much better experience from a BMW dealership.
