I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Clarke and his phenomenal staff! I had Dysport injections done yesterday and I am already seeing results so fast! I am beyond happy with my results so far! I wanted either Dysport or Botox injections for a few years now and I wish that I found Dr. Clarke and his practice years ago! I would like to start off by saying that Dr. Clarke is extremely knowledgeable, informative, kind, caring, professional, honest and is truly an artist! He really takes the time to make sure you get the look that you are trying to achieve..He won't try to push unecessary procedures on you that you don't need, just to make money and he'll be honest with you if he thinks a certain procedure is unnecessary, which I greatly appreciated! I was a little nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Clarke is so gentle! I barely felt a thing! It just happed 4 weeks ago If I had read all those 'true" (bad) review before I go to this place, I would have saved money and the bad taste of this place. Not happy at all I was recommended by a close friend to go to this location. Initially this guy Carl Clarke seems very friendly but behind him he is a liar. My problem was so simple, two small lines in the middle of my forehead, Usually I go to a plastic surgeon office in New Jersey to get the real Botox, I paid $ 14 per unit. But I decided to go to this place based in my friend recommendation. I explained Carl my concern and he said not to worry I will do a excellent job, I will disappear the two lines, you will be very happy ! He asked me to pay $ 600 because he said that he use Botox I was surprised that he pinched me around my forehead except the middle part where the two vertical lines was. I never had horizontal lines. I noticed that but I did not question because I said he knows what he is doing. Three weeks later I went for follow up I told him that I was not happy and at that point he looked mad and defensive. I felt my forehead like stone heavy, my eyes and my brow when down and the middle side was flexible and wrinkle I asked him can you put Botox in the middle of my forehead, and he replied I DO NOT WASTE THE BOTOX' I am not going to put Botox because what you need is filling and it cost $ 450 dollar. What a nasty answer for someone who said that he has 20 years of experience. I also asked him what did you put in my forehead because the receipt said DYSPORT no Botox and he said I use Dysport because this is better. Definitely he is a liar and a thief. He fill my forehead with the cheap copy of Botox and now I have to wait until this ugly feeling of my forehead go away. To bad for those people who goes there with a dream to look good. I totally disagree with H A . My experience with Carl and his office was amazing ! I purchased a 20 unit Botox promo through lifebooker.com a while ago, that's how I found out about this office. First of all, he did not pressure me into purchasing more product, which I totally appreciate because I know how these promo's normally work. Secondly, I did not have to wait, the office staff is really professional and nice. Thirdly, Dr. Carl really took his time to talk to me and look at my face and notice an area that could use some attention, but also complimented on the features / areas he thought were great. Again, there was no pressure to sign up for different treatments/ procedures and he absolutely did not make me feel bad about my problem area[s] nor was he rude. Here is the update. What I had was nothing near as you called it "heaviness". Darlings, close both eyes. Now open just ONE. That's what crooked hands, lack of face muscles proper education was delivered to me in your office. I learned in a bad way that saving a few bucks by going to places like yours is never a good idea. Been doing procedures since then and trust me, no "heaviness", No Botox traveling to a wrong place, but alive mimic with just right amount of Botox is what I am getting from all my double board certified facial plastic surgeons. In comparison to you , it would be if one walked all life in Payless Shoes and start to wear custom Prada. Ps. If I did not signed those "pre-condition" papers I would of sue your office. DO NOT LET HIM USE BOTOX AROUND YOUR MOUTH. I was unable to speak, eat for almost 6 months. As it turns out he should have never suggested botox around the mouth, only fillers. He overdid it and when I asked for my money back he was very upset and never apologized but after a lengthy argument I did get it back, admitting a huge mistake he made. Not happy with this experience whatsoever. 1. I told Clark that I wanted to keep some movement in my forehead so that I could still raise my eyebrows slightly to make expressions, but I have no movement whatsoever, the muscles are 100% paralyzed. Also I am noticing a slight drooping or "heaviness" in my eyebrows & eyelids which I have NEVER experienced before from Botox. Fortunately this will go away when the injections wear off... in 4+ months. :( 2. This med spa is seriously overpriced, and their pricing is confusing. I wanted only my forehead Botox done, but apparently that counts as two areas, so I ended up spending $450 for what has cost me $250 at other clinics. 3. I have unusual bruising under my right eyebrow, which has never happened to me before from Botox or any dermal injection 4. I asked specifically for Botox but they told me after the fact they used another product which they said is "better" but couldn't explain why. 5. The staff calls Clark "Doctor" but he is not a doctor, he is a Physician's Assistant. That really bothers me. I won't be returning. Wish I had done better research beforehand. read more

Every time I go to Carl he always sits down with me and explains in detail everything. No pressure either with up selling. I have been doing botox here and every time I am able to perfect my look a little more and more. He also has done micro needling on me as well, 5 sessions total and I see a difference in the texture of my skin and I get non stop compliments with how long I look.. Also, he does not try to up sell you, as during my recent return he explained to me that I did not need the additional work I thought I needed. I absolutely loved this place. Carl is great, he definitely knows what he's doing. From the time you enter it's a totally positive and friendly atmosphere the receptionist is very welcoming and very informative although I've notice sometimes it can be hard to function when the other lady with the glasses comes and interrupts her when she's talking to patients. Without even saying excuse me, I find that very rude and it's happened to me twice when I was there... It's like she doesn't want Carl or the receptionist to have conversations with the pt. Other than that I have nothing but good to say. Also they offer you tea or coffee whatever you like from the moment you walk in. Office is very clean, organized and in tip-top shape. read more

Please be careful here ladies. In a nutshell, I was advised there is an M.D.on staff. Truth be told, the dr is a resident and never in the office if something happens. Huge warning signs going off. If you request a consultation with the dr.that will be quickly ignored. I went in for a laser capillary removal ...very minor and with very little concealer not noticeable. Post laser procedure, I was left with scaring and now use heavy concealer to cover scars and the noticeable capillaries (before the procedure, the capillaries were hardly visable). I came here back in April to get a chemical peel by a Russian technician, I can't remember her name. Before this procedure she did not have me sign any waiver, which I found a bit odd because I know most places require this for any chemical procedure. During the chemical peel my face was in so much pain, I couldn't take it. I kept complaining to the technician how painful it was. Once she completed the procedure I looked in the mirror and it was horrifying. My face was in so much pain. Upon checking out she asked me to sign a waiver, I just wanted to get out of there because I was in so much pain I signed and left. However, before leaving I asked the technician if there was anything I can get for the pain and she tried selling me a $90 product and on top of that she told me to apply make up to cover the damages. Are you kidding me? Firstly, she had me sign the waiver after completion of service. Secondly, no sympathy or some kind of reimbursement was offered, just "apply make up and you'll be fine". Thirdly, I stopped by last month (June) and the owner told me to wait another 3 months. I went to my dermatologist and she said my face was badly burnt and she gave me antibiotics and we've been treating it ever since. She couldn't believe it. I have permanent damage because of the chemical peel from this place. I stayed home for an entire month during April and I was unemployed for that month due to my appearance. Not even make up could cover it. This place is getting hit with a major lawsuit. It's unacceptable. Their lack of sympathy for how much physical/mental harm this has caused me is unacceptable. Nah. The place is okay, but it's hard to book facials with Camila, and it turns out she's only doing laser and not facials any more. I bought a 6 pack of facials and had two done with other ladies. They were just not good. One was sloppy and the other one was too tough for me. The marking lasted for like 3 days!! He never tries to add on treatments and always suggests a follow up in 2 weeks to re evaluate and then can add more product if needed, at NO charge. He has given me amazing advise on all treatments. I also disagree with the negative reviews. I first found Carl Clarke Aesthetics over a year ago. I walked in to his office and Carl took the time to discuss my concerns. He did not pressure me into getting a single thing done. I chose to have my glabellar lines injected with dysport, I was immediately pleased with his work. He was gentle, and explained to me everything he was doing. I had no bruising or side effects. I went for my follow up and he touched me up. Ive been back for dysport in October, then in December I wanted to get rid of the permanent creases from years of sqeezing between my eyebrows and I saw immediate results, again no bruising. In December I had my eyelids lifted as well, again very pleased. Carl, Carol and the rest of his office are friendly, very professional and I have and would recommend anyone to go to visit his office. read more

A good friend of mine recommend me this place for botox. I had forehead and I was very specific and said - I want my eyebrows still moving after. As a result - they frozen! My both eyelids dropped! I cant even use make up because it make my eyes and my look even worse. I came back for follow up, he gave me additional few shots of something that I couldnt understand and he said to wait for 2 weeks. nothing happened in those 2 weeks. I came back again and he gave me a few more shots and explained that those shots will kick out botox faster. So he admitted the job was done badly. In this last month I cant look at myself in the mirror, people asking me if I feel ok. He know how much Im concern and today another 2 weeks gone - nobody even called me! I've been working with Carl Clarke since this past summer and my experience has been extraordinary. I've only used their laser hair removal services, but I'm curious to see what else they have. Their service is exceptional: I've always received a confirmation contact a few days before my service to remind me, I've never had to wait more than five minutes for my appointment, and the staff is generally very friendly and accommodating. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable, especially given that they're located less than 15 minutes outside of Manhattan! I highly recommend using Carl Clarke for laser hair removal. read more
