SCAM ARTIST. If I could give zero stars I would. This guy is a joke and scammer and will take advantage of you. Promised me maps of the area for marked locations on spots she could be, it was $80 and never even sent me the maps. His website read that he has tracking dogs and he does not. I paid him $150 deposit before I found out he doesn't even have tracking dogs and now he's not refunding me any of my money. He is not a good person and scammer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! My cat was lost after I crashed my car on the way to my weekend house. Carl came to my rescue and found my cat 7 days after my crash! Because the location where my cat was lost is a unfamiliar territory, Carl has to be there in person to find my cat, he drives 12 hours w his tracking dogs and traps and met me at the crash site on the 6th day after the accident and started to track my cat down.. long story short, he found and trapped my cat within 24hours!!! I helped search for my daughter's lost indoor cat for over 3 months. I finally called Carl, used his map and instructions to a "T". Within 3 days of posting the last of the fliers and other food placement instructions I received multiple text messages and pictures of "Jack" peaking out from a road drain approximately 1/4 mile from his home. Within 10 days, we had him home to my daughter. It takes time and effort to follow Carl's instructions----but alot less time and effort than I spent the first three months. What a joke. Promised me he knew what he was doing since he's "been in this business for 30 years." His instructions only attracted more predators to my heavily forested area, which I specified to him and asked if putting bait out was okay beforehand. Google can give me better advice. His email told me to keep him updated so he can update his instructions, yet when I told him about the predators he just told me that because they ate the cat food, they won't chase after my cat. I expected help, not excuses. Now a black bear is seen outside my house almost everyday from the moment I put the food out. His English is very bad, and he sounded condescending over the phone, just wanting to get my money. His map profile may be somewhat useful for someone living in an urban area, but 95% of it are instructions you can find by typing "how to find a lost cat" in google. Not worth the money. Also, his map was a picture of his computer monitor screen he took with his phone. If you've been doing this for 30 years, I think you'd know how to save the file and attach it into an email. Overall, bad experience. Felt like a scam. I'm sure others have found their cat through him, but you can be just as effective with google/reddit and save money. read more

I've purchased map to find my kitty. Well, good advices, but pretty much the same as what I read from free online articles. Said, will update the map as I get new info, never replied to my emails. I've never found my cat. And I'm $85 short.. Super disappointed! read more
