As I said, it's disappointing and quite a burden for people whose walking capacity is limited. But the staff? A solid five stars

He has been practicing for a number of years and I really am happy with my care. They accept most major insurance and are fairly easy to get an appointment with. When I'm sick, I can almost always get in the same day. And even when they are busy, they move patients through fairly quickly, which is a great thing in my book. Who wants to sit for hours in a doctor's office? Additionally, the nurse practitioners here are wonderful as well.

I have never had such courteous responses to any request, large or small. Other than the pain, I looked forward to seeing each of them everyday. I have nothing but praise for all the staff. The floor I was on, was on it's way to being renovated. The other 4 floors had been completed, they must be marvelous because, even though mine was next, I was very impressed with the size of my private room. By the way, all rooms are private rooms. I was on the first floor, which is the joint care unit. The rooms are very spacious with a sofa that makes into a bed, recliner chair, utility closet where they store your meds in a wall safe, the bathroom has a full tub with a shower head, grab bars all around, storage are for closes and sink and counter in main bedroom area. Now to the food, the first 2 days I was ravenous, so I ate everything. The meds started wearing off and I can still say the food was good. The hospital is catered by Picadilly Cafateria, so you are getting cafeteria food which is still better than regular hospital food. Can you tell, I was very pleased and I give this hospital a 5 star and lots of praise. If you are thinking about this hospital, think no longer. It's great. They were rated as one of the best Regional Hospitals by US World News. That says it all!

I went in with no appointment (love that they take walk ins) and was seen in an hour and a half. The doctor listened to all of my symptoms and suspected reasons for my pain. The doctor personally did the ultrasound of my stomach and surrounding organs, right there in the office without the need to go to another location or schedule a new appointment. Wow! He confirmed that my suspicions about my pain were incorrect and in fact the pain was something much more simpler than I had imagined or thought. I was given a thorough exam and diagnosis and left with a prescription that has since turned around my condition and I'm feeling wonderful. I love the one stop nature of this clinic. They take care of everything there. I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a doctor.

Called days in advance to make an appt for an ultrasound. I had to take off work to come. I arrived…read more40 mins earlier, I check in and told the front desk lady I was there for my ultrasound appt. After checking in (I marked there I had an appt too) they they call me to do the regular check up they do (weight, blood pressure) and the nurse is asking me why I'm there I also tell her I was there for my ultrasound appt. Then I get a third person. Then they finally put me in a room, an hr later... after about 30 more minutes the doctor comes in , I explain everything again, they tell me I need to make an appt for an ultrasound. Even though I already had my appt set for today. She stated, there were no signs that I had scheduled an ultrasound, no one noted that on the paperwork at all. Not the person I called to make the appt, or the front desk lady, or the nurse. NOBODY! How is that even possible?! Even after I told the doctor I had my appt at 1:30PM she said they couldn't do it today because they were too busy... so I had to leave , still in pain. Just frustrated of how little they care for the patients... I still had to pay $100 to be seen and still did not get what I scheduled. They had me there for 2 HOURS!!!! For nothing. I've had bad experiences with them before, but it was just nurses being rude or a bit careless when drawing blood, so k didn't really cared about that. But this is just so unprofessional!
