The apartments have nice finishes, and we love the floor to ceiling windows. The gym is well stocked with weight machines, free weights, and cardio options and it seems to be cleaned daily. The maintenance team responds quickly to any problems and there's always someone at the front desk. Betty (the daytime concierge) is a joy to deal with and always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!

The apartments are nice, have nice finishes, no issues with pests and there is sufficient amenities to service the community. The apartments are close to everything, it is above trader joes, Harris teeter is down the road and it is surrounded by many restaurants and bars! Very convenient! The times where I have needed maintenance services, they have been responsive, friendly and have fixed it on the first go. A shoutout to Guzman for his responsive, knowledgable and friendly service! The leasing team are amazing and are very friendly! Kudos to Mariah for her friendly service and being there for me when I needed assistance! The front desk is always friendly and greet everyone as they are coming in or out of the building. A big shoutout to Lionel who has been very helpful and always provided phenomenal service! He always provides friendly service with a smile even though he is busy or those pesky amazon prime days where he is swamped by a mountain of packages! I highly recommend 8001 Woodmont to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Bethesda Area, it's a nice small friendly community with great amenities and great people!

I work from home often and never hear any of my neighbors or outside noise which is amazing considering the location. The concierge staff goes above and beyond every day and the building definitely feels safe and secure. Honestly, great place to live - everyone in the building is very friendly and it feels like a small community.

Shout out to Mustafa who helped in that process. Move-in: Effortless from start to finish; easy loading dock (coming from DC this was not a given) and a staff that's glad to help however they can. Shout out to Mercy. Living: Super quiet building, clean, great gym, coffee machine that grinds fresh coffee, and the pool is just about to open with several grills and cabanas with a nice view. No bugs/pests. Common areas are kept up well. Maintenance: Juan and Oscar are on top of things 24/7. They care for even small things, e.g. our water filter in our refrigerator was due for replacement and they took care of it the same day. A toilet flap was occasionally getting jammed open and they replaced it the same day. Packages: Lou and Jeron are always on top of the packages, which is great; moving from a DC condo building, we occasionally had packages stolen; that's never happened once here. They even call us if we have perishables that need to be picked up so as to not let them spoil. Parking: We love having secure, reserved parking spaces as we never have to think twice. Thank you Windsor for living up to our expectations, and a special shoutout to Trevor and Lou for their unique customer service that exceeds our expectations.

With building insulation, temps indoors are always 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside. They need to eventually figure out how to update the buildings so that AC and heating can run at the same time. Cant put it off forever. This is way more important than benches and flower gardens.

The condo buildings are older, built in the 50s and 60s so this is simple living -- albeit many of the condos have been upgraded by the individual owners. It takes getting used to the shared washers and dryers in each building but then again it's good exercise to go up and down the stairs (!). I've lived here over 20 years and love the natural beauty, trees and wildlife. I also enjoy the diversity of residents of all ages and the fact that many have been here for 10, 15, 20, and some for even 40 years. Neighbors get to know neighbors, but also respect your privacy. The swimming pools are great. The property is well maintained, simple natural landscaping. A couple of drawbacks are the fact that the heat and air-conditioning converts each season depending on the forecast so that means there are a few days each year that are either very hot or cold. And second to that, you can sometimes hear sounds of neighbors because of the way the older buildings are built, but I have been very fortunate to have quiet neighbors.
